Hotel in a prime location, modern, clean rooms and excellent breakfast buffet. Very nice and helpful staff. The best service of all: The transfer to the castle, which went smoothly and gave me an unforgettable day.

When we got up in the morning after breakfast we went to check our vehicle and there was a scratch on the rear driver side door... the whole length of the door.The bed was slanted on one side, and I'm sure not all the rooms are like that.It was a very clean place, it's a pity it's a friend hangout place as well. In the evening you can see it's just friends going on and out in and out. That's no way to run a business. It's a good way to ruin a business.We told the cook about the vehicle door and he said he would tell the manager (chef). Nothing came about it. I did see a security cam. If they are interested they can report it to the police, we've long gone.

Great hotel for an overnight stay.Unfortunately, the room was not ready upon arrival.It was immediately taken care of and we were offered a delicious free dinner as compensation.Slept well, lovely bed and everything was very clean.Good breakfast, plenty available.Friendly staff.

More than a hotel room they gave us a real apartment and not even a small one, on the contrary: living room with very large kitchen, bedroom, bathroom.Very clean place and excellent welcome: nice guy, kind and gave us all the necessary information.The beds are comfortable, both the double and the sofa bed.Convenient location and free parking out front.The only flaw was the breakfast: we went down early and there was already almost nothing left and in any case from what was displayed the impression was that the variety was limited. Luckily we made up for it with the coffee available in the room.However I would go back.

Surprisingly nice, small and very well-kept guesthouse. Our room was completely renovated, the breakfast was manageable but sufficient. There was coffee and tea in the room. Very attentive owner at check-in (baggage brought up, room shown, etc.). Recommended!

We came to Hechingen from Mexico to visit and it was amazing. Everyone is super friendly, the owner is always there to help with anything no matter the time. I really appreciated the hospitality, I would 100% come back.
