We were there for dinner in the evening. The atmosphere is really quaint and cozy and the pizza was really really tasty. Just the thing after a long tour of the Harzer Hexenstieg! :)

An older but good hotelWe stayed here to go hiking and it was great for that.Good dinner and breakfast and the beds are very comfortable to rest your weary bones.

Really bad place. Totally rocky, musty with cold radiators and no interest in turning them on. There is nothing to eat or drink on Monday and Tuesday. Unfortunately 0 stars is not possible.

THIS hotel doesn't work at all. As soon as we entered it smelled very, very musty. It stank in the hallways and rooms. I don't know what. Really indefinable. Our carpet in the room was covered in stains, the room was so cold that it was only after a lot of complaint on our part that the temperature changed somewhat. A radiator remained cold. Most likely not vented. The price was so expensive for this accommodation. Simply unbelievable!!!!

A small, cozy hotel with a nice atmosphere. Great view, quiet surroundings, good entry into the mountains.The breakfast is simple but sufficient. Great and very entertaining service in the morning. Lars recommended a nice tour through the Harz, with many “hotspots”.Thanks

While hiking the harzer hexenstieg we were allowed shortly before closing time to have dinner. The owner was very friendly. We did not stay overnight since we were camping but would definitely recommend this place. We ate a nice pizza and had a friendly chat with the owner. Very welcoming place in a stunning environment. Thanks a lot, Rob and Steve

We stayed at the Hotel Weißes Roß as part of our Hexenstieg hike. Despite the late check-in and the kitchen closing time, a meal was still lovingly prepared for us. The service was very courteous and the breakfast was great. We can only highly recommend this hotel and would like to thank the staff for their flexibility.

Very nice, friendly operator, we arrived here yesterday around 9.30 p.m. the journey with the camper, the boss gave us a very warm welcome despite the late hour.Rooms are great, well maintained and comfortableThe breakfast was sufficient and tasty.We can highly recommend the hotel
