The best value for money hotel we have visited recently. The architecture of the hotel fits perfectly into the surrounding area. Lots of small half-timbered houses.The interior is perfectly adapted to the country house style. We reached our room on a wooden staircase. Even the ascent made you want more. The room was absolutely sufficient for us, adapted to the style. Wood instead of plastic! Class. We don't need gold-plated taps and minibars. There was pure atmosphere and nostalgia. The breakfast was sufficient and there was something for everyone. Unfortunately, we couldn't have dinner in the lovely backyard because all the tables were occupied. No problem. The location is great. Opposite the Wörlitzer Par, which can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes. We had a room facing the street. Okay, every now and then we heard a car. But that's the way it is. Cars drive on roads. We definitely weren't in this great, authentic hotel for the last time.

We only had a drink there (didn't spend the night) - we were there shortly before closing time (9 p.m., which was unfortunately quite early) and still got one last round of drinks and a few candles at the table. The service was very friendly and the atmosphere in the beer garden was nice. Prices not cheap.

Great renovated old building, romantic outdoor seating in the courtyard, bicycle garage, nice staff, breakfast service very friendly, food delicious. Close to Wörlitzer Park. We'd love to come back.

Very large and clean room and large bathroom with shower and bathtub. The cobbled street was noisy when a car was driving, but if you closed the windows it was fine.The restaurant has a small but good selection of dishes.The breakfast buffet is good and sufficient.

The mosquito screen/protection on the window of room 14 is unfortunately broken or has been torn for a long time. Unfortunately, replacement rooms in the hotel or repairs are not possible. Rooms and furnishings far below average and price/performance unacceptable. Also in the other room no. 4 no mosquito net or climate! Fan in the bathroom was super loud. I had to wait forever at check-in! With the bike shed it still worked - plus point! The cobblestone street to the front is loud and there is a lot of traffic during the week! We're definitely not coming back!The normal audience at Hauenden Schwein when we visited is mostly female and over 70 years old.

Great accommodation. The mattresses were very good. The room was very nice and clean. The bathroom and room appeared to have been recently renovated. It is located near Lake Wörlitz and there is a restaurant right next to it.

Well kept hotel in a listed historic building. Clean rooms, very very comfy beds. Loved to stay here. No fancy fuss. Good food too, nice restaurant and beer garden, all in short walking distance to the park. Staff are friendly and attentive.All very good value for money.Only one comment for improvement - pls provide dairy free options for breakfast.

We spent a few days in Wörlitz and the surrounding area. We were well accommodated in the hotel and also had a good meal in the restaurant.

Very tastefully furnished rooms, breakfast ok - everything you need for breakfast. Beds/mattresses very comfortable.Good location for trips to Dessau and Wittenberg and very close to Wörlitzer Park.
