A very nice stay. Rooms modern and clean. Very friendly staff. Breakfast per person was more than sufficient. Great lunch price/performance ratio. You'll be happy to come back!

During our visit and overnight stay, the room was dirty and the bathroom uncleaned. The food was not enjoyable. The staff was derogatory and unfriendly when asked to get another room.I will no longer visit this property, neither cafe, market, hotel nor restaurant.

Beautiful new house in the middle of the city. Unfortunately only breakfast. I was there for work at the beginning of May. With a large vehicle (construction machine) park nearby if you're lucky. No problem with a car.Very friendly staff.

I am very impressed by this new, beautiful place, which is located in the middle of Cochstedt. We are from the area and today was the day we were able to visit this hotel with an ice cream parlor. It was completely renovated two years ago and furnished with great attention to detail. Our excursion today was to the ice cream parlor, where we were able to enjoy our ice cream with a café on the beautiful terrace. The service was great and the ice cream tasted great. The Swedish ice cream sundae with homemade applesauce is a delight. I took a look at the inside of the café, which is beautifully decorated and the toilets are super clean and high quality. We are still so excited about this beautiful ambience that we will definitely come back more often and will recommend this hotel with an ice cream parlor to all our friends and relatives. Thank you 🙏 that there are still owners like this who offer such high-quality locations in the middle of a rural location 💯.

Room great, breakfast flop. The rooms are modern and nicely decorated. It is clean and has a good quality standard. Really great. There is even a parking lot where you can safely park your car. Electric shutters can also be used to darken the room and the temperature control makes it comfortable to sleep. The only deficiency I see is breakfast. So in my opinion this is not a recommendation at all. For just under 13 euros per person you get enough rolls but there is a lack of cold cuts. Here I am describing a breakfast for 2 people. There were only a few meager slices that were just enough for 2 rolls, some cheese, enough sweet spread, a pot of coffee and a small juice. The room was completely quiet, making it almost uncomfortable to have a conversation. You could listen to the other guests chewing. Some music would be appropriate. There was no way to catch up on drinks if you weren't a coffee drinker. So a 0.2l juice was available.My conclusion: If you skip breakfast it can be a very nice and worthwhile stay.

It's the very last thing you do with people who criticize the private person who doesn't bother others in any way, nor gets food for the holidays and is banned from the house today! I don't know what kind of staff you have who bother my intimate activities, nor anything about you Good luck for the future and my friends won't be staying with you again!

Went to Cochstedt for a private reason and stayed at the hotel. Anyone who knows the history of the place knows that the property was once a furniture factory. So I was curious to see how it could be turned into a hotel and restaurant. About the room: 2-bed room for single use. As a frequent traveler, I can only say: Great!! Size great, bed great (subjective), bathroom great. It's the little things that make the big difference: Integrated lighting in the bathroom mirror, lighting on the toilet, options on every bedside table for wireless charging of smartphones, smartwatches etc., electric blinds for complete blackout...rarely seen anything like that. If the most popular television channels had also been programmed in (no program list and many channels cannot be opened because there was no CI module in the receiver), it would have been 5 stars+ for the room.For breakfast: No buffet style, but rather counted at your place. I would prefer buffet style. But that is subjective.All in all, the price-performance ratio is absolutely right. Ideal for family celebrations. Friendly staff. The dinner we ordered in advance was really good.Definitely a recommendation from a viral traveler!

Beautiful location for a wedding celebration. Great advice. We were very satisfied with the implementation of the agreements. The rooms are chic and modernly renovated. Polite service. Delicious breakfast buffet.
