Nice little hotel.The room we were in was small but nice, it's only for sleeping ;-)Fan, TV, shower, coffee machine with capsules.The lady at reception was also present at breakfast this morning and is very nice and you can have a little chat.There is also a terrace that can be accessed from the breakfast room.I saw small lamps and speakers here.On Sunday morning you can hear the blackbirds trilling.There is also a bar for the eveningAll in all we were satisfied.Kind regards to the team.

It is a historic building with large, heavy doors, slightly creaky stairs, and spacious rooms. It has a castle-like charm. The service was very friendly, always attentive, but never intrusive. Breakfast left nothing missing, everything was there, and shortly before the end of breakfast time, anything missing was freshly prepared upon request. Parking spaces directly at the house. It also has a small beer garden where we could have our breakfast in the morning without any problems. I would like to thank you again for the wonderful days and would like to see Kommern again.

It's a very nice hotel in a very nice historic building. Staff were very friendly. The room and the bathroom both were fairly large and appropriately furnished. City centre is within comfortable walking distance.|Unfortunately, breakfast was somewhat overpriced for what was offered.

Even if the hotel can't do anything for its guests in the first instance: a half-hourly disruption from 2 a.m. to 6 a.m. cannot be tolerated. The fact that after several complainants there was only a verbal apology is a bit lame. I had a miserable day all day Sunday. A cupboard is missing and the TV program was rudimentary. No ZDF. Breakfast is ok. The staff are friendly and helpful. The bad rating is due to the troublemaker and the handling of the accompanying complaint.

Very centrally located hotel in Helmstedt, 3 minutes on foot and you are in the center (shopping street). There is enough parking space, even if it is used more by restaurant guests in the evenings, but I was lucky enough to get a space in the evening.The hotel looks stylish, old, but not shabby. The first floor in particular gives the impression of a journey through time, with a pleasant aftertaste. My room was very large, the bathroom was clearly dated but acceptable for the short time (3 nights).The service in the restaurant could be better, but perhaps there are young, new staff who can still learn something new. Politeness was very important, but a few mistakes were made here and there (but forgivable for me)The breakfast buffet, on the other hand, was very modest, meager and not recommended. Maybe I'm used to better things, but next time I would book without breakfast and eat coffee and muesli instead.Price performance is still good.

My husband and mother were just there and very satisfied.The single rooms are not the most modern, but are very clean and tidy.What bothered both of them a bit was the lack of a small wardrobe where you can hang clothes that you don't want to wrinkle. There was only one chest of drawers.But it's probably not possible because of the narrowness of the single room.The employees were super nice and helpful.The food was the “usual hotel food”, i.e. what you would expect from hotels, but it was really very good. There was absolutely nothing to complain about in terms of price.Both would come back immediately.Thank you for the nice and quiet stay.

We met there for a family reunion with 5 families. It was a very successful weekend because the hotel took wonderful care of everything and us.When you enter the Parkhotel, you have the feeling of entering a small castle - the knight's armor in a niche, the cozy salon and bar, the inviting breakfast room, the wonderful staircase that leads to the rooms.The rooms themselves are all very individually and tastefully furnished, very clean and the mattresses are very good. The breakfast was very rich and tasty.We enjoyed ourselves in the restaurant both evenings. The food was very good and appetizingly prepared.Having one (or more) cocktails created by Danne is also a must - the cocktails were mega! Cucumber Feeling or the non-alcoholic Solero were my two favorites.Many thanks again to Petra and Danne and the entire hotel team for the successful celebration.

We were there over a weekend. We celebrated there.Dinner was nothing. TK Schnitzel for a celebration. Everything so dry and no sauce.Service. We waited forever for drinks even though there wasn't much going on.The prices of the Oberhammer. 3 black beer and 3 whiskey cola for 76 euros. That's the crowning glory. The day before we paid 45 euros. Waiter was very very unfriendly.

It's not the nicest part of Helmstedt. When you enter this hotel you are immediately compensated by how pretty and stylishly furnished it is. A reading room just to the right with a sofa and armchairs in velvet blue... In the entrance a wonderful gray leather sofa, a beautiful wooden bar... The service is friendly... We'll see dinner soon, breakfast too... If you want to stretch your feet, The old town is only a 10-minute walk away. The simple rooms even have a small Nespresso machine for coffee drinkers😁. Rooms are pleasantly bright and clean and the bathroom is contemporary.
