We were at the Ringhotel zum Stein for the third time, this time with family and it was another wonderful break. The very nice and warm staff, the beautiful wellness area and the excellent food all help you to simply feel good. We'd love to come back!

Hotel is fine. Not perfect, but ok.Location at Wörlitzer Park is very good. The staff is very helpful, helpful and friendly (except for one lady in the restaurant who always commented on our order).Food - weak point. Breakfast - very little choice for 4☆ Hotel: no salmon, no lactose-free milk, selection of sausages can be more, no bacon. Dinner - we didn't like it at all, in particular the chef didn't like the fish dishes.Stains on the carpet in the hallway, traces of mold in the bathroom, signs of wear and tear in the pool, dirty window with dead flies and wasps in it.Bed mattress too firm, pillows to forget, pillowcase with stains. That doesn't work.Dogs are allowed into the restaurant - perfect, but for 12 euros, no bowl, no blanket, no welcome treat!Heated pool is too cold, in autumn you need to be a little warmer. The total price in the hotel is definitely too high.Overall impression - successful short vacation, especially thanks to the park.I would still recommend the hotel for a one-time visit, but without high expectations.

We were there for a seminar. The seminar, food and service are very good - but I don't think it's very nice that you can't pay small amounts with an EC card.In many other countries, where you are further away from the crowds, you can pay with an EC card everywhere. That's the only negative point I have to mention.Still a great time.Best regards

The Hotel Zum Stein in Wörlitz is simply beautiful! We were there for the 9th time now. This time we were guests for the “Prince Franz Garden Trip”.Our expectations were exceeded! Great program, great culinary and cultural evening. The food is at its finest! The service is great. Very friendly and courteous staff. The hotel managers are on site and take time for their guests. Professional private hoteliers as you imagine them. The Roman-style wellness area is very beautiful. Two pools, whirlpool, saunas, steam room, great, cozy relaxation areas. A real wellness hotel. We always enjoy coming to the Hotel zum Stein. We are already looking forward to November!Greetings to the entire team.Th. Netzer

We spent a few days in the beautiful Italian farmhouse in Wörlitzer Park. This house can be booked through the hotel and is also looked after by them. We took advantage of the impeccable breakfast service. The employees were very friendly and accommodating! Unfortunately there was a problem with the dishwasher, so the power went out several times. The caretaker service was always there quickly and helped us well. However, in the last three days we have not been able to use the dishwasher. There was no compensation for this deficiency. Unfortunately the house is not particularly well maintained. There were deficiencies particularly in the kitchen area. Lots of cobwebs everywhere, which must have been there much longer than since the last cleaning. Unfortunately, the refrigerator, the cupboard under the sink and the oven were also dirty. The sofa in the living room was also in a condition that needed to be replaced, and a fresh coat of paint in all living rooms and kitchen would certainly be appropriate. We were particularly annoyed by the reactions of a receptionist to our feedback and suggestions regarding cleanliness. Not a word of regret or apology was expressed. Unfortunately, the criticism was accepted completely without empathy. This employee is poorly prepared by the management of the house or is simply indifferent. We find that very unfortunate! Unfortunately, the enjoyment of the beautiful house and the wonderful surroundings is unnecessarily diminished simply by the fact that people do their jobs poorly or not at all. Too bad! Really!

The hotel made a good impression on us. The flower arrangement on the balcony leaves a lot to be desired. No color, just ivy, conifers and other greenery. The staff at the reception were very friendly, but unfortunately on the day of departure we were not given our gift, which was included in the package, the stone oil vitality bath to take home. The service varies, some very friendly and accommodating, others the complete opposite. On the first evening, more attention was paid to the a la card guests and we sat for a long time with an empty glass. We couldn't fault the food, it really depends on the chef. The music in the restaurant also leaves a lot to be desired, if you like jazz that's no problem. But having breakfast with such music was a challenge for me. Even at the breakfast buffet, the staff, who had probably freshly prepared the omelet, didn't say much; you had to find out a lot by looking. For guests attending the buffet for the first time, this is all very confusing. It's a shame that there is no staff there to explain anything to you. There is so much potential, but unfortunately it is not being used
