The rooms are small but clean, the bathroom is newly renovated. The breakfast was average, not many hot items, but enough to fill you up quickly. Good hotel for one night on the road.

I have been charged twice!!!!I’ve made a reservation, paying the whole amount on booking.com, then, upon the arrival, the check in machine asked to pay again.It happened in this chain before, so I thought that I’ll figure it out tomorrow with the receptionist, as I usually do.On the next day I’m coming to the reception and the receptionist (seems like a really nice guy) says that I should contact booking.com for the refund. It does not sound normal, so I’m asking to call somebody to verify that- the receptionist tries a few numbers and then calls manager of the facility - he says that it is not his problem - basically that his money is his money, then he simply hangs the phone!It really feels like scam and financial crime.And fantastic level of unprofessionality.This hotel manager should be banned from working in any hotel business, he basically lacks the ability to normally talk to people. Feels like you’re talking with the wall.

Rooms have a clean bathroom, but a less clean industrial felt floor in the bed area. The hotel has extremely small rooms - cramped for me when you can barely get to bed! It is very noisy in the room that you can hear all the other overnight guests in the hallway.

Cleanliness, well, not B&B standard and the shower gel was empty.There was no one at the reception at 6 p.m. and people were lining up. I checked in at the counter and when someone came, they weren't exactly the friendliest. Breakfast was the worst breakfast I've ever had in a B&B hotel.Hardly any choice of sausage or cheese, no multi-juice, hardly any fruit. Really bad. I will never stay here again. I'm just used to better things from B&B.

All in all a cheap hotel for one night.Let's start with the positive.The room was clean, fairly new and the bed was really comfortable.The breakfast was okay.Now about the not so nice thing in my room (217) the TV is hanging crooked and the air conditioning made noises even when it wasn't running (one of my colleagues in another room also reported this)As modern as access to the rooms via pin is, it is just as annoying for everyone else. You can hear it beeping in the middle of the night.Furthermore, my room was right next to the door which closed several times during the night with loud noises (I think this would be easy to fix.

An old man at the reception was completely rude, could be drunk even.He was somehow aggressive and yelling all the time.The room was extremely small (113) Literally 5 sq meter.Bed sheet was dirty.Craziest thing is the TV hanging almost on the ceiling. Everything is joke.I was there on business. Would never stay in private. Shame on B&B

Rooms and cleanliness were okay. When you checked in you felt a little like you were with the principal at school, but you can deal with that too. What was really annoying was that, according to the request, breakfast was served at 7.30 a.m. - 7.45 a.m. but everything was still dark and quiet. No staff in sight. Other guests mentioned that time was often tight early on. But SO LATE? Especially when you have business appointments and have explicitly asked beforehand. We paid for breakfast for free. . . The two service/emergency numbers only connect to one mailbox. There was no real chance of reaching reception or help. It's a shame - the hotel HAD potential. . . . .

Room standard, BUT:Just no breakfast, it just wasn't set up. No employees there. On the phone with another B&B hotel to clarify the missing breakfast, they said that this had already been the case the day before. At 9:00 a.m. breakfast was slowly prepared. Rooms are quite small as usual, but appear to be completely newly furnished and renovated. Everything in the room works perfectly. Unfortunately there is no free Sky TV as advertised. And depending on the room, the WiFi isn't particularly good. Breakfast was okay according to B&B standards. Unfortunately, the rolls were no longer really fresh after 9 a.m. on Saturday morning. The staff are always very nice and helpful. Except for the "manager" (older gentleman at the reception). The gentleman has his own sense of time and allows guests who want to check in to simply stand in front of his counter for a minute without even looking at them or greeting them. I had never experienced anything like that before. Strange work attitude. Luckily at B&B this is an absolute exception and probably due to the shortage of skilled workers.

Nice place to spend the night. Unfortunately, the check-in machine was broken, making check-in more difficult. There is no one present after 3:00 PM. Hotel was located on an industrial estate and was very quiet. The hotel is noisy.

Very nice concrete hotelEntrance area was not finished, drinks machine was still emptyThe reception was no longer manned from the afternoon onwards and the manager was not very suitableThe kitchen lady was very friendly in the morning, and the cleaning fairy who stepped in for the weekend was also special!Discretion was important to her!!!We will be back !

Cleanliness is 50/50. The impression was that the room was not vacuumed or dusted, and the bed linen had an unpleasant odor. The room is very small, if you have suitcases with you there is no place to put them. If you are moving in for more than a day or two, then it is also inconvenient, there are several shelves, but there is no closet where you can put things.

I stayed there for a week on business. Rooms are newly renovated and furnished. Rooms are very narrow due to the double bed. Very good TV and WiFi also worked well. However, breakfast could be improved a lot. A great buffet, crispy rolls and a large selection are advertised. Unfortunately the reality is different. No crispy rolls, the selection...well, yes. There were boiled eggs once and also cold ones. Finally, I would like to say that it is ok for business purposes, but otherwise not recommended. Nevertheless, thanks to the staff.
