The gentleman who welcomed us was very friendly. The apartment itself is very spacious. With 10 people it was still very cozy. A few structural details here and there were noticed, but given the low prices (around €22 per person per night) that's justifiable. In any case, the accommodation will be on the wish list for future trips.

The hostel in the medical district had everything I expected, it was clean, the kitchen had the most important utensils and the bathroom had a shower as well as a washing machine.For me, the peace and quiet in the room facing the courtyard was the most important thing because I had come for my second state examination. Thank you very much for accommodating my request, it saved my grade.The Steintor is a 5-minute walk away and is very well connected in all directions by tram; The main train station is also only 7-10 minutes away.The hostel has several locations, I can recommend mine on Berliner Straße with Room facing the Court.

The lady was really very nice, you can't complain about that. The first thing I noticed when I entered the apartment was that the cleanliness left something to be desired... The floor was very sticky and the tables and the bar table in the room were also full of stains... It also smelled extremely musty in the apartment . The bathroom was quite clean and smelled fresh, ignoring a few small things... Unfortunately, some of the cutlery and crockery cannot be used because they are dirty in the drawer.But the lady was very nice and showed us everything in great detail. So I might as well clean the room... The beds are freshly made, but still received a pinch of febreze because the pillows smelled so bad.A Rewe and a Lidl are directly on the next street.And you can get to the city and the main station very quickly... The location is great.

I was looking for a cheap and centrally located place to stay in Halle and found it - everything was perfect, friendly team, very clean and quick processing. Super centrally located, nice pubs and supermarkets in the area. Gladly again!

My partner booked 2 nights here..(Zacher)Once and never again...The cleanliness left a lot to be desired...the bed linen was already falling apart...long spider webs hung down on the walls.We were already met with a very musty smell in the hallway; the entrance could be reached via the back yard. We didn't spend a second night there...We have visited many portals that offer places there...but our room was not similar to any of the ones listed...Even inexpensive things can be a little cleaner and tasteful!!! 😡

I booked at lunchtime, but overlooked the fact that the reception closes at 8 p.m. But my train doesn't arrive in Halle until 8:50 p.m. I was sent a confirmation email, and immediately afterwards an email saying that my arrival would be late. I tried to cancel free of charge via Hostel and Booking.com. Was not accepted by the hostel. So have to pay. Why don't you reject the booking if you see that the arrival time doesn't match? They had my email address and my cell phone number, it doesn't cost anything to ask, it now costs me about €60. I would give it 0 stars if that were possible. Addition: You could still have asked if you could make it by 8 p.m. and if not, not accepted the booking at all. But earning €60 without having to perform anything is nice too.

Accommodation adequate to the price. The doors do not have keys, they open with codes, which is a convenient solution. Cleanliness varies, but generally the staff is in control of the situation. Availability of kitchen equipment as described on Booking.com.

I've been living here for 13 years. Someone is always available, WiFi in the house as well as landline internet. 2 supermarkets nearby and the city center location make the rooms very attractive for mechanics and students. From November 2018 there will be 3 supermarkets nearby again, 2 of which are practically only across the street.

I agree that the bathrooms should be overhauled... I was visiting someone and already had a room there myself! ...Otherwise it's perfectly fine, it's just a youth hostel... The facilities are perfectly acceptable 👍 .... and the price is okay too!If you don't have it that thick, you'll usually have a good grip here!It's slightly hidden, but the department store and other important supply sources are in the immediate vicinity.Recommended 👍
