Fantastic stay, definitely recommended.Pros · The bed was great, especially after cycling 55 km, good Vietnamese restaurant around the corner, good bakery around the corner, supermarket nearby, center of Aachen within cycling distance.Negatives · Nothing really. Bicycles were in the driveway, I didn't hear them complaining.

Absolutely wonderful! Perfect experience for a solo traveller, though couples would fit perfectly as well. My room had a small balcony, double bed, kitchenette, and private bathroom. 100% recommended and the price was very good. The 44 bus takes you almost directly there from the Bahnhof.

The room was spacious and clean with a suitable bathroom. The TV did not work. The location also had a mini kitchen. When I tried to turn on the stove, I ran out of power. I notified the owner and someone came. I don't know if it solved the problem, because I didn't have the courage to turn on the stove. I have to mention that I got the heat, but only in the evening.

Stayed here for 4 nights, the experience was very bad.Because of the hot water machine failure in the shower, the boss came to the scene with a bad attitude and threatened to evict us, which is obviously racist.Summarize:Very bad little hotel

Check in was contactless and went very well. The place was very clean and is really big. We took the the apartment on the ground floor, which was great for us staying with a baby. The place has everything we needed and its location was also very good, with a beautiful park and a Schloss nearby. Aachen center is reached quickly by car or public transportation.

I have to assume that the other reviews are fake, we had booked 2 rooms that were simply not available... beds were full of hair and smelled of sweat, leftover food in glasses and pots, and there was excrement left on the wall under the toilet roll

So far everything is okay...for us, ideal for an overnight stay with little demands. Bakery banks, ice cream parlor and Asian restaurant nearby with good food. Buses 🚌 stop nearby.

not recommended it's terribly dirty I don't know if I'll survive this night it stinks and here's a weird mini kitchen with a dirty stove and broken fridge the rooms are dirty and scary it's incredibly unpleasant and I'm glad I have my own Blanket and pillow with really not recommended!!!!

We booked through booking.com - apparently they didn't know anything about it when we arrived and so we found ourselves in Aachen without a hotel.It is not recommended!Big catastrophe!

Spacious room with all need be inside if you want to make food etcA bit far from the city Center, you’d need the car.Easy to access with the owners’ instructions on the phone. They are helpful. However they were not responsive via booking with regards to my questions. Maybe a problem with booking anyway once we were there we had to call to get instructions. Otherwise good price quality ratio

Advantages: hot water, clean bedding.Cons: specific smell, internet connection for 5 minutes every 20 minutes - strange, room refrigerator heats instead of cools, the owner knows about broken things that affect the comfort of use and does not repair it. Poor parking (on the street). A night or two of sleep is ok, but any longer is not good

I can only advise everyone not to book a room here!!! I had a firm reservation for my employees, the guys arrived in the evening after a hard day's work and Mr. Siminciuc informed them that he had given the room to other guests. And of course there is no other room. Unbelievable, that's not how you treat people! Totally anti-social behavior. I can only advise everyone not to book here!
