Great proximity to the site, but shower and toilet in the hallway. Share with strangers! Otherwise clean, unconventional and uncomplicated.

An apartment under the roof.100€ for one night, absolutely too much.The kitchen is too low and not really clean.The whole apartment just collapsed.Luckily the beds were ok so we were able to sleep well for at least one night.More than one night is not possible.

Kitchen:Meat, pizza and other things still in the freezer, refrigerator lighting defective, refrigerator cools poorly and you can mop it every morning, not clean. Crockery not suitable for 6 people, glasses not suitable for 6 people, cutlery not complete.Apartment:If you book an apartment, you also expect something of a living room, but here there were 2 beds in the living room and at the foot of the bed was a table with 4 chairs. And if you book something without a sofa bed, because you want to sleep on a real bed, you don't expect to have to sit "half" in your bed if you want to sit at the table.Location:Very well.Owner:Hard to understand on the phone. Poorly intelligible on location. No notification that others are using your accommodation, you will find that out if there are fast food packaging in your waste...Entrance:In front of the entrance to the stairwell is a plateau with smooth tiles. If it rains you will fall down as standard...In short, we will never go back here.

I worked nearby and lived here for about two months.The rooms were clean and nicely decorated.There is a terrace where you can sit and grill.A washing machine and a dryer are available in the basement.The bathroom is large and has a bathtub.There is a kitchen with everything you need to cook and a large refrigerator.I had a room for one person that had just been renovated.What was a bit negative for me was that the guests were always new and that Eastern European workers had lived there for two weeks, who constantly got drunk in the evenings and occupied the bathroom and kitchen intensively, so I could hardly use them.In addition, the people were very unclean, they were young and didn't speak any German.But the owner can't do anything about it.For longer stays you would need a closet where you can store your clothes.But otherwise everything was fine and we can recommend the accommodation.

Well, it has several levels, the last one is a little small in some sections due to the adaptations, the shower is small, but everything is functional.
