Be careful, dubious!On the day of arrival I was assigned a room on the ground floor in which both windows could not be closed. One window was stuck, the handle couldn't be moved, the other was just hanging on a hinge.On the window sill there was a cordless screwdriver bit and a screw that probably belonged to the window.Since I was a solo traveler and both windows couldn't even be tilted, I wanted to move to another room, but everything was occupied. I was offered to tape the windows shut or cancel the room. After I was able to find a significantly more expensive room in another hotel, I ultimately chose the second option and had an employee certify in writing that I should be reimbursed the costs without deductions via Paypal on the next working day. It's been almost two weeks now and I still haven't received my refund.Paypal buyer protection is currently activated. Booking.com claims that the amount can only be refunded with the hotel's consent (who doesn't know the much-vaunted Paypal seller protection?), but cannot reach the hotel by email or telephone...I very much doubt that the hotel didn't know that both windows were completely broken. The tool on the window sill alone suggests that you were informed about the condition of the room and just hoped that the guest would take it anyway in the absence of other accommodation.

It's good for a 1-2 night stay.Applies to rooms in the main building.However, there were no bedside tables 😁More rooms in the house next door, that's how it works. Garni hotel.The pizzeria, which it actually is, looked good and was busy.

In short: COMMUNION!!! No cupboard, no kettle, nothing at all. Holes in the walls, hot water in the tap and in the shower - a few seconds every 5 to 10 minutes. COLD SHOWER .

A cozy Italian restaurant. Warmly furnished and open kitchen to watch. Friendly staff. Could be a little more attentive here and there. But that's complaining at a high level.Very very tasty pizza!!! Truly one of the best I've ever eaten! Compliments to the chef!!!

Our stay at the Hotel Am-Stadion was simply flawless. The friendly and courteous staff, the tastefully furnished rooms and the first-class cleanliness made our stay an unforgettable experience. The location near the stadium was ideal for us, and the breakfast offered a varied selection. We unreservedly recommend the Hotel Am-Stadion for a perfect stay.

The room was an imposition, furniture looked like bulky waste, mattress was way too soft, there was no water pressure when showering, once and never again. Restaurant was ok
