We stayed here for an overnight stay for our KSV Holstein's away game. The hotel room was very attractive and technically up to date. The carpet was the only thing that bothered me in the room. The minibar is included in the price and the price-performance ratio is absolutely reasonable. The service and reception are very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, parking costs €20 per day and breakfast is unfortunately not possible at the moment as the ground floor is currently being renovated.

My booking was canceled on the day of arrival, September 7th, 2024 due to a power outage. I only found out about this when I was already in the Leoso parking lot. I was offered that I could switch to the Lindner Hotel or the Nikii Hotel. Apparently I would even save on the Nikii because it would be cheaper, according to the employee. When I arrived at the Nikii Hotel, the staff knew nothing about me coming over as a guest and switching to their hotel and I had to pay €40 more than I originally booked. Here, at least while I was on my way to Nikii, the Leoso staff could have informed the staff there and taken on the additional work. I have now contacted you several times and asked for reimbursement of the additional costs, but have not yet received a response. That's not how customer service works!

Hotel canceled my reservation less than 24 hours before. I went there anyways only to find a construction site. The money was never returned. And now I cannot reach location and they ignore my emails and messages. Criminals! The place looks like a dump too!

impudence. Booked the hotel for 3 nights during an event in Cologne. We arrive at night and the whole hotel is in complete darkness. The security guard sends us to the 3rd floor where it is explained that there was a power outage and that we should unfortunately continue to Monheim. Additional costs would be reimbursed. The next day no one answers the phone or responds to emails. We are stuck with our money and had to book a new hotel for nights 2 and 3.m. I've never come across anything so unprofessional.

I stayed at the Leoso Hotel as part of a business trip lasting several days and can only recommend it. Floors 5-8 are almost brand new renovated and excellently designed. The rooms are exceptionally spacious and create a pleasant atmosphere through indirect lighting. Due to the renovations in the hotel, the reception has moved to the third floor and the ground floor is inaccessible. There is also currently no breakfast offer, which is replaced by solid lunch boxes with 2 sandwiches, a muesli bar, a yogurt and fruit. I would definitely like to mention the top service from the ladies and gentlemen at the reception! There is even a very cute border collie named Clyde :) Kind regards to the dog's owners. One of the highlights is certainly the Tony's shock shop tablets for just €2.50 at the reception. Top price for the quality! The first night I was on floor 2 and had an unrenovated room. The rooms are old but my room was by no means dingy or even dirty. There is even a bathtub there. If you want high standards, you should definitely book from floor 5.Conclusion: The hotel is currently under renovation and there may be some noise during the day. In my opinion, the renovated rooms are 10/10 and the customer service is exceptionally warm and competent. When the renovation is finished, the hotel will certainly be one of the top addresses in Leverkusen.

The hotel is being renovated and that doesn't bother you at all. Modern room on the 7th floor is new and very modern with shower, air conditioning, flat screen TV and the room bar for free. People who sleep in the hotel 1-2 nights a year should stop complain, there are worse things from my own experience. The only negative point is the parking costs of €20 per day. Otherwise really good. However, I can only speak of the renovated rooms. Nice staff on site.

The pictures speak for themselves... windows cannot be opened, chewing gum and other things in the carpet, cobwebs and dirt all over the room. I understand the renovation and the old condition, but you can still expect cleanliness.Unfortunately, the two at the reception had no understanding and said that it was just the way it was and just shrugged their shoulders.
