Unfortunately very disappointed with the service and the treatment of the guestThe accommodation closes regularly at 8 p.m. and when we noticed in the car that we were probably 5 minutes late and then called the accommodation, we were treated very, very unfriendly and were told that there was no possibility of a later arrival case is possible. The fact that a person I knew from Düsseldorf picked up the key in advance was also sharply rejected.Of course it's not ideal that we don't have longer availability in terms of check-in and it's also not good that there was no flexibility.The only thing that shocked us was the way this was told to us over the phone. Very very very rude!And on top of that, I was yelled at over the phone because I had called twice in a row, because no one answered and my questions via email were not answered carefully and stupidly.

This is a catastrophic hotel. No one in this world would recommend the hotel as the staff (the lady) was a disaster and very unfriendly.

Almost unsanitary!I had the impression of being in the Maghreb, not Germany!3/4 of the bulbs are missing, probably to save energy, and someone came to wake us up at 7:20 a.m. to ask us to turn off the bathroom ventilation!The carpet on the stairs is dirty, the one in the bedroom is no better.A desaster !Let’s say it wasn’t even worth the €80 for one night!

The location was horrible, no parking spaces, not very clean in the hotel too

No flexibility for check-in. I was unable to access my reservation due to a train delay. On the verge of ending up on the street due to lack of financial means to book another hotel. No commercial gesture or refund. Very unpleasant staff who do not know how to put two English words together, thus repeating the same sentence 4 times in a row. I do not recommend at all.
