Even though you only wanted to eat a salad plate, it was far from worth the 14 euros. Iceberg lettuce, croutons and cocktail tomatoes that should actually have been thrown away. The waitress was also more busy chatting than taking care of the guests quickly.

Good 4 star hotel in a quiet location. Mr. Upon request, Müller from reception gave us a particularly quiet room in a quiet wing. Breakfast was very varied and there was everything you could wish for.We can recommend the hotel.

We booked this hotel for a weekend trip and were satisfied so far, the price-performance ratio was right!Unfortunately, the hotel is very noisy, we were woken up at 8:30 a.m. on Sunday morning because we could hear the cleaning staff talking in bed. Likewise the vacuum cleaner in the next room. That's too bad!The room was very clean and spacious, unfortunately the bathroom is very small, you can't even stay here for two people.The breakfast is first class! Big praise to the service staff!

Located close to Phantasialand, this hotel offers overnight accommodation for tired legs after a long day at the theme park.The hotel reception hall is large and friendly.The lady at reception could have been friendlier. Unfortunately, she had a very neutral expression on her face. It was difficult to tell whether you were welcome or if you were a burden in this hotel with the children.We came with 5 people. We were therefore very happy that we were given two rooms right next to each other.At first glance, the rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Unfortunately, the room with a sofa bed was a bit tight. There was a somewhat large spider hanging on the desk, which quickly crawled into a wall box when you approached it.The bathroom was spacious enough and there was shampoo and shower gel available. Unfortunately, mold had formed on the ceiling of the shower. If you stand in the shower you come uncomfortably close to it.There is a mirror hanging on the wall at the desk, right next to the window. If you don't close the curtain flush with the wall, you can see into the room from outside. Unfortunately, this feeling was constantly very unpleasant.Although our room faced the street, you couldn't hear any street noise.The restaurant offers a nice, not too extensive menu. The prices are not exactly suitable for small wallets. The service was extremely friendly and very helpful. They were also very friendly and understanding towards the children.We'd love to come back.

Correct hotel, friendly staff and good buffet breakfast. You will probably choose it because of its proximity to the Phantasialand theme park, which is about 3 kilometers away, and can be reached by bus, the stop is very close to the hotel. If you go to Brühl by train, the hotel is also about a 2-3 kilometer walk, which can be a bit of a walk.

The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. The location is good considering the short distance to Phantasialand.What we absolutely didn't like was the room. There was a lot of mold in the bathroom, as well as in the room by the window. It wasn't really clean either, maybe superficially cleaned but there were stains everywhere on the furniture and wallpaper (which could also be wiped off). Also various damages in the room. We would not stay here again and were very disappointed.

When you go to the hotel, you are greeted in a very nice and friendly manner, there was a young woman at the service who must have had a bad day, I can really recommend this hotel, the room was nicely furnished, clean, the reception was super friendly, the food was also good

The staff was very nice and accommodating, although the handle in the rooms was slightly broken, one foot from the bed and the ventilation grille wasn't really tight, but the cleanliness was good and the bathrooms were newly renovated, nice tiles etc. Breakfast was also very nice, large, bacon meatballs, bread everything very lush

The hotel is very well maintained, the rooms are extremely clean and the breakfast is really particularly good. There are also enough parking spaces in front of the hotel. We felt very comfortable even though we were only there for one night. Special praise goes to the staff at reception, unfortunately I don't know the name of the nice gentleman who checked us in and out, he was in a particularly good mood and made you laugh with his positive charisma and humor. We'd love to come back :-)

As a short vacation home, like in our case for 2 nights, the hotel is sufficient.To be honest, I don't want to live there any longer.The rooms are very small, although booked for 3 people, there are only towels for 2 people. The bathroom in ours needed a renovation as the shower partition urgently needs to be replaced as it is clearly showing its age. Cover for the socket on the sink is missing. Very unsightly stains on some of the walls. The toilet seat doesn't really look nice anymore. 😬🙆🏻♂️Unfortunately, housekeeping isn't quite up to scratch either. Despite the obvious fluff, no further details were given.Otherwise the service is top. Especially at breakfast everything is wonderful and impeccable.The proximity to Phantasialand is absolutely ideal.I
