A somewhat outdated budget hotel that shines with its location right next to the train station.I've stayed in B&B hotels a few times. Those were simple but functional and reasonably stylish. This is just functional for my taste.Regarding the room size, which has been criticized several times in the reviews: In my case, I found it to be just OK. The bathroom is actually too small and otherwise not a big deal. Only a gentle breeze came from the hairdryer.All in all, okay for one night at a reasonable rate due to the close proximity to the main train station. Unfortunately no more.

Everything you need to stay in Düsseldorf for a few nights. Perfect location / close proximity to the main station. Super clean room, friendly and helpful staff. And a top price-performance ratio! I would be happy to book with B&B again.

By far the worst BB room I've ever had. And I've been to about 10 BB hotels. The rooms at BB are never really big, but this one was outrageously small. There was so little space around the bed that people were constantly bumping into each other. On the cupboard, on the shelf, on the table, everywhere. The only thing that topped it was the bathroom, which was so small that, as a tall and fairly wide person, I had to sit on the side of the toilet, which I normally pushed against the wall with my knees. I didn't even try to shower because I couldn't move between the shower, sink and wall to dry myself. When I asked if this was the case for all rooms, I was told that the comfort rooms had slightly larger bathrooms but cost more. The standard room knowingly has an outrageously small bathroom and yet costs over 100 euros per night. We had also booked about six months ago for 99, - but were billed on site for 109, - due to a price increase between the booking and the date of the overnight stay. I also find that outrageous, but I saved the energy to check the terms and conditions for legality. In addition, there were 16 euros for a parking space in a tiny underground car park.The only positive thing was the breakfast. Funnily enough, this was the best breakfast I've ever had in a BB hotel.However, the breakfast is not enough for the second star and I will certainly never return to this hotel.

The new rooms are super modern, the staff is very accommodating, polite and was very helpful. The location is very good behind the main station. Always happy for a short stay.

I chose this hotel mainly because of the location. There were problems with my credit card at check-in, but they were resolved flawlessly (kudos to the staff).The room was small but clean and well furnished.The breakfast was really good, especially the selection of wholemeal bread rolls.

I would like to submit a complaint regarding my stay at the B&B Hotel Düsseldorf-Hbf, which I found to be very unsatisfactory.Firstly, the rooms were extremely small, especially the bathroom. The toilet seat is so cramped that even a person who is 1.50 meters tall can barely fit. I cannot imagine how someone who is 2 meters tall would be able to sit on this seat.Furthermore, the cleanliness of the room was inadequate. I paid 1200 euros for my stay in order to have a clean room. Unfortunately, I had to clean most things myself, as the cleaning staff apparently are not qualified for their jobs.Another serious issue was that someone suddenly entered my room without knocking. I was in my underwear when he walked in and asked if everything was okay. He introduced himself as a hotel employee, but I found his behavior extremely rude. It is unacceptable for someone to enter a room without prior notice.I cannot recommend this hotel at all.

Excellent service - this is how you win guests!I was greeted extremely friendly and professionally upon check-in. The team impressed with a service-oriented and courteous attitude, which made the entire check-in process uncomplicated and pleasant. A big plus is the hotel's excellent value for money.The room was simple, but absolutely clean, tidy and sufficient for a comfortable stay. The bed is particularly noteworthy – it was extremely comfortable and ensured a restful night.The location is ideal for train travelers, as the main train station is only a few minutes' walk away. Overall, a great experience and I can fully recommend this hotel!

I can definitely recommend the B&B HOTEL Düsseldorf-Hbf based on my experiences.The location near the main train station is ideal.The reception is staffed 24/7. The service team is very friendly. The atmosphere in the hotel is very pleasant.The room was very clean.A small disadvantage is the very narrow bathroom.The breakfast buffet includes fresh fruit salad.Many thanks to the team for the pleasant stay!

The hotel is not b&b standard! Unfortunately it is a converted Ibis Hotel and therefore the rooms are small. The bathroom in particular is so narrow that you can hardly turn around in it. No recommendation from me.

Now the entire offer is very consistent and fits the price-performance ratio. The check-in and check-out is carried out brilliantly and the staff are friendly and work very solution-oriented if something is needed

The good thing is the parking garage. Location is great. I would have liked a refrigerator and security safe, but there aren't any.
