Located in an industrial area. Has a Turkish, Arabic flair. The breakfast room, cold and in the basement, doesn't get any cozier with gold-edged chairs and colorful artificial flower bouquetsThe breakfast was OK.

We had the great pleasure of celebrating my brother's wedding at the Palast Hotel and it was simply unforgettable! From start to finish the service was first class. The staff was incredibly attentive and made sure every moment was perfect.The premises are stunning and offer an elegant and luxurious atmosphere, ideal for such special occasions. The rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable which made our stay even more enjoyable.We would particularly like to highlight the excellent food. The wedding menu was exquisite and delighted all the guests. The breakfast the next morning was also rich and tasty.We can highly recommend the Palast Hotel and thank the entire team for their outstanding work. It was truly an unforgettable experience!

The hotel is very good. Clean with comfortable beds and the breakfast was very good. It's a bit far from the shops and restaurants of Hürth and there is a village hall nearby, but the tram station is only 5 minutes away. Convenient for a business trip that requires traveling to Cologne.

We were a bit disappointed, the put us on the first floor, which is actually the 2nd floor. We had to lug the 4 suitcases up several stairs. This hotel has no lift or elevator. If I would have know this we would have chosen another hotel. Luckily we were on there for 2 nights.The parking was very limited about 4 spaces and 3 addional spaces on the side of the building.The location was a lot further from downtown or central Cologne, Germany than expected.If I had to do it again, I would have chosen a hotel downtown.Overall, we made it, we had a rental car. Which really helped.Note: DON'T use SIXT rental car company, they overcharged us and they do not answer their phone.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and even brought our suitcases into the room. We particularly liked the large TV, the sufficient parking spaces and the comfortable, large bed. Unfortunately, there is an event palace right next door that plays very loud music, which made it difficult to sleep. In addition, the bathroom sometimes smelled unpleasantly of smoke, as if someone had smoked there. Despite these points, we can recommend the hotel overall and would come back.

Very friendly outskirts hotel.The hotel is very clean and the service is good. No noise in sight, the sound insulation is perfect.Nightly prices are really cheaper than in the city center or surrounding hotels.I recommend both for a stopover and for a 2/3 day stay.The car is essential, whether to get into town or to go to nearby restaurants.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Palast Hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is very large, I had a desk that I could use to prepare for my tasks the next day. The Mediterranean breakfast awakened a good mood and holiday feeling. The selection was rich and fresh.I can highly recommend this hotel. Thanks to its central location, you can easily reach many things in the area from the hotel.I'm looking forward to the next assignment in the area and will happily stay here again...Oh so...important...the mattress was awesome. Thank you for the great stay
