Check in was limited to stating our name, getting a key, and it was figuring it out ourselves from there. Staff spoke neither German nor English with any level of fluency. We found our room and were met by mattress that barely held a shape, some of which had been used so much, springs could be seen poking up. The slats of the mattress supports were partially missing, broken out, or held in place by hope and desperation. The bathroom lights were a dazzling array of left over bulbs. The shower curtain was rotten through to the point where showering flooded the bathroom - and since it had no ventilation, it would stay wet unless we left the door open - only to then enjoy the putrid smell. At one point, a bed broke down causing one of us to crash to the ground at night. There was an en suite fridge - not a commercial/hotel grade one, but a private kitchen fridge, clearly decades old, with the hinge covers ripped off. It kept cycling all through the night, humming and buzzing. The night light had been ripped off, too, and replaced by a side-ways mounted ceiling spot, covered in haphazard paint splatter.Absolutely ridiculous, do NOT come here unless you are desperate. The location is central and well-connected. This apparently used to be a great place, with caring staff, until it was sold in 2022. I reckon not a single cent has been reinvested since, and this place will operate until a lawsuit or hygiene complaint shuts it down.

Our opinions are 30/70.70% we were unhappy30% for 50 euros - what could you expect...I booked by phone, reserved a room, everything was ok, the receptionist was friendly. He spoke a little Russian. We were looking for two, for the night, just to spend the night after a long journey. We arrived, the one who greeted us was serious. Then they gave us a room with separate beds, we went in and then he immediately offered another room with a large bed (see photo). The smell was not very good. The Internet is the worst, not a single channel loads on the TV, the faucet is already falling off, there is no table, old furniture, the TV is held on by snot, it’s not comfortable, we didn’t get enough sleep unfortunately. The towels were already old, the bed was not comfortable. There is no comfort so to speak.I'll tell the administration:If you tidy it up a little, fix what was broken, change the furniture, refresh the shower and rooms, raise the price a little, then the hotel will be quite normal.I heard that this hotel used to be good, but the previous owners sold it, and now everything has changed.Sincerely . Prosperity to you.

DANGER!!We were supposed to pay for the rooms in cash, but they didn't want to give us a receipt. After we tried to explain to him that we needed the receipt, we were shown the door.

Time stopped in the 1970s. No TV, no Internet, a microwave in the room, but no plate and it was burnt inside. Clogged sink in the bathroom. Big windows, no curtains or blinds, just two big blankets. It's a disaster that no one has closed it yet. Never again.

They absolutely don't get back to you, you have to call and write several times afterwards only to find out completely emotionlessly that there is no more capacity. Really great 👌 so much disinterest in the customer. And you don't answer "Yes" on the phone 🤦‍♀️
