In itself a great accommodation, nice contact person and available at any time because she is always on site, price-performance ratio is okay, everything is very clean. Normal TV only available.What I have to mention negatively...My friend had the room decorated for my birthday with confetti and exactly 7 balloons (a bouquet of flowers was on the house, according to the receptionist) - not a bit pricey.Too bad

Fine for 1 night. TV can only be used with your own login to, for example, Disney+, Netflix or Primevideo.Refrigerator, air conditioning and fan available. Shared toilet and bathroom. Unfortunately no separate toilet.

No BB to mention..Bedrooms are rented above a hair salon.Outside in the garden there is a dog running loose 24/7 where you have to pass (not mentioned on the site), rooms very noisy and poor maintenance.nothing to eat/drink to get there.Location is great..A friendly welcome.

Very nice service and absolutely clean accommodation. Absolutely top for this central location and for the price. Were there for the second time.However, the luggage also includes the following information:I recommend that everyone arriving has the accommodation's telephone number ready in advance, as there is no permanently manned reception there. But the call is responded to immediately with a very friendly welcome.The house is not barrier-free as it does not have a lift.There are no parking spaces available, but you can park your car in the surrounding parking garages for a very fair daily rate of around 15 euros without cash payment.If you want to save yourself the hassle of fumbling around with parking tickets and bank cards, install the Q-Park app and, after successful registration, drive completely relaxed into the parking garage and then out again using license plate recognition and account debit.The overnight prices of around 70 euros for two people in this top location in Venlo city are absolutely fair, but be sure to note that a tourist tax of 2 euros per person per night will be charged upon arrival by card payment.There is also a cash deposit of 100 euros, which will be handed out again at checkout.As for breakfast: we had a table with two chairs in the room, as well as a kettle for instant coffee and a refrigerator. For those on a smaller budget, there are so many nice supermarkets nearby that offer some individual design options - disposable tableware isn't hard to find either :-)

The room is spacious, the bed is very comfortable, it has a refrigerator and good views, there is an area to smoke, sit and also Wi-Fi that works very well. It is very close to everything, supermarket, restaurants, and the man who helped me was very friendly. I would come again😊

We arrived after opening hours and were warmly welcomed even though we accidentally booked for one person instead of two. So the service was really super nice :)The mattress is very soft and the location is right in the center, so everything important can be reached on foot. We were completely happy, thank you very much 🫶

Too bad we can't give 0 stars:- Had to call to say that we were at the door and then someone on the line told them that they will send someone.- Had to wait quite a while.- A bed & breakfast WITHOUT breakfast- Promised WiFi that was not available (fortunately I met girls in the hallway who were able to help me with WiFi, which the manager did not do and what you would expect would be information in the room.- The jacuzzi didn't work, which was really not fun if you were looking forward to it after a day at the amusement park.- The TV had no channels, which is useful if you have your child with you.- The door had a gap of 4 cm at the bottom, so the lighting from the hallway shone in.- There was no information about parking either- NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

I do not recommend this place, additional costs are calculated, no kitchen, the bathtub shown in the photos does not work, silence at night from 6 p.m. haha, it is cold at night and during the day, you can't stand the cold in the room, there is no heating, the entrance looks like a hairdressing salon...I advise against this place, counted additional costs, no kitchen, the bathtub shown in the pictures does not work, curfew from 6 pm haha at night and during the day, the room is cold, no heating, the entrance looks like a hair salon...
