Special location and small scale.We had to get used to the information via an app. Digital, but we received good help. The breakfast and the input into it was also very nice. We would love to come back someday.

Nice hotel with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Nice room, equipped with Dolce Gusto machine and mini fridge. Good beds and rituals soap, etc., are available in the bathroom. Breakfast is more than sufficient and is supplemented where necessary (so little to no waste of food). On the second day, some things in the room were not put in order, but were resolved immediately after 1 phone call. Highly recommended and my next reservation has already been made.

Beautiful luxurious room (The Principal) with lots of space and a nice bed. Online check-in and information via the app/website work well. If necessary, there was quick contact via the 06 number and the question was answered quickly. Nice stay, nice base. We had this including dinner at LEV. by Mike, which is highly recommended.

What a great location Oldschool Hotel in Winterswijk is. This is really top of the bill, in a beautiful authentic school building, the interior is also great. We slept in 'Biology', a beautiful and spacious, modern, tastefully decorated room. The arrival was a bit strange, because the reception is unmanned, but there is always someone available by telephone. Breakfast also excellent, nice to meet the hostess. Highly recommended.

Super room with all the trimmings. The room was neatly delivered. At first I was unable to open the door digitally. But there was a TFN number on the counter. I called that. Had telephone contact with lady. He helped me fantastically and was very friendly. Breakfast was also fine. In short, I can definitely recommend this location.

Nice room, good bed, nice breakfast, good service, great location.Unfortunately, there is noise pollution from the adjacent private apartment until late at night.Ventilation unit not working. Dolce Gusto instructions for use are missing.A good reading lamp on the floor is missing.

Everything is done digitally, from checking in/out and opening the doors, which takes some getting used to but is nice. Small breakfast buffet with sufficient choice. The library is nicely decorated with a super nice sofa! (I also want) with a loft at the top for the bed.Good coffee and tea selection in the room and cozy furnishings.It's a shame that there was a lot of limescale in the shower heads, causing the water to spray in all directions. And I did miss a shower door or curtain. The kettle also contained quite a bit of limescale and the stairs/glass of the balustrade were not clean. Because of these 4 points, 1 point less in the assessment.There are parking spaces at the hotel, but they cannot be reserved and the passage is quite tight, but luckily parking is free everywhere in Winterswijk.

Nice location. Excellent bed and breakfast. The Science room is very dark. A nice outdoor terrace that is shared.It does feel a bit distant because everything is arranged via the app. Booking was a bit complex.The lockable bicycle shed was not up to much. We paid €5 per bike for 6 bikes, but there was only room for 4 smaller bikes. I think many guests come with bicycles, so extra attention should be paid to that. Point for improvement.

What a nice hotel! Beautifully decorated rooms. We slept in the Biology room. A 4 person room. With a loft for the 2nd bed. A bench and round table with chairs. You can also play a game or something like that. Breakfast was also extensive and well prepared. Location was great. You can walk straight into the center of Winterwijk.Definitely worth repeating!
