Price/performance fits. Room super clean. Breakfast completely ok. Location great. I think the system with a code for the room is great. No need to carry a key or take a card with you. Simply good and happy again!

Hotel is in a great central subway stop right in front of the hotel. The lady at reception was friendly and allowed us into the room before check-in.Rooms facing the street are extremely noisy, regardless of whether it's the subway, honking cars, etc.

The room is great and clean, but a room facing the street has a very loud noise level. Because the tram runs right in front of the door.Coffee from the machine in the entrance area is not tasty. The entrance to the underground car park takes some getting used to.

I was only there for 2 days to spend the night and am very satisfied. Subway and restaurants along with a kiosk right at the intersection. With the window closed I couldn't really hear the street. I will probably choose this hotel again on my next stopover in Düsseldorf. Reception also very nice and accommodating. All in all a pleasant stay.

STAY AWAY!!! Worst costumer experience of my entire life!!I arrived at the hotel at 14:30. Between 12 and 17 there's nobody to check in just ONE check in machine. The line is long and by the time I get to check in on the machine it's 15h30.Well, the machine is supposed to indicate a code so you can enter the hotel and your room. Except I did not get anything, and had to wait outside for TWO HOURS. On the street!!! Because you can't even enter the hotel lobby!! And I wasn't the only one!!!There was a line of at least 15 people with exactly the same problem I had! And I was worried it might be a problem with my email, but no! I received invoices and all! I just did not had a room code or an access code!I tried calling every number under the sun! But guess what, EVERY costumer line of theirs is closed between 12h and 17h!! There's absolutely NO recourse!!!And after 2 hours of waiting in the cold outside, a secretary arrives and checks me in a minute!! Since it looked so easy I proceed to ask him what happened and he just refuses to elaborate and clearly indicates that "it happens" well it SHOULDN'T!I was there for a concert and missed the beginning of it, it was absolutely awful and I'll never EVER come back to this hotel chain again

When we wanted to check in at 3:00 p.m. there was only a self check-in without employees, which wasn't a big deal. But we never got an access code for the second room we booked, so we had to put our luggage together in one. When I finally reached someone by phone at 5:20 p.m., they gave us a call. We couldn't ask at reception because we just wanted to leave our luggage and go to a concert. So I had to wait in line to get to the hotel. When we arrived in the room in the evening (the reception was already closed at this time, we never saw any employees during our stay) we noticed that the entire room smelled of cigarette smoke. Everything, from the bathroom to the ceilings... But the room was cleaned, so it must have almost been the cleaner, and/or the blankets weren't changed...

Were in town for a concert. The hotel has a great location as several train stops and the subway are nearby. These are all very easy to reach on foot. The room had everything you needed and was simply designed. It was very clean. A bit dusty in a few places, but for the price I think this is a minor thing that could get hung up on. The breakfast was very rich and very tasty. Overall, a great hotel with friendly staff. We'll come back :)

When we arrived, we discovered that all but one of the self-check-in counters were broken, and that one wasn't working properly either. Luckily, we were able to check in easily at the front desk and were given information about the location of the hotel parking lot. However, parking proved to be a major problem. The entrance to the underground car park was so steep that, despite walking at walking speed, the front apron of our car hit the ground. When we reported this to reception, the employee explained that she would have advised us not to use the underground car park if she had known which car we would be traveling with, as she herself has similar problems with her small car. Since she already knew at check-in that we wanted to use the parking lot, we consider this to be negligent behavior.

Unfortunately I didn't see that much of Düsseldorf because I was at RehaCare. The location of the hotel is very good. The only drawback in B&B hotels is that the doors are very difficult to open and this is a great effort for wheelchair users
