The “Hotel” Casino in the park is not recommended under any circumstances. Unfortunately, we first went through the open side entrance instead of the night entrance. I have never seen so much garbage and dirt, even in the kitchen.Instead of going to bed, we packed our things and fled. Our room was generally very run down (wallpaper was reattached with packing tape and tacks, broken smoke detectors, etc.), but we thought it would be okay to sleep for a few hours.However, after the night's wandering, this was no longer an option.This thing should be closed!

Terrible, more terrible the most terrible, incredibly loud, run down, mold and dirt in the room, the spring mattress lets you clearly feel every single spring.The self-description of the hotel is a disgrace, because of quiet, comfortable, recently renovated rooms, the hotel is just a filthy hovel. Never, never again...

Avoid at all costs!!I had an absolutely horrendous experience at this hotel. I arrived at midnight as a solo female traveler, having confirmed with the hotel through Booking.com that someone would be available to check me in late. Despite their assurance, I arrived to find no one at the reception. After wandering around, I found a night entrance with three keyboxes—none of which the hotel had bothered to use for my reservation.I tried contacting the hotel repeatedly—calling, texting, even standing at the entrance and pleading for someone to let me in—but was met with complete silence. Booking.com support was also unhelpful. I was alone with nowhere to go in the middle of the night. To make matters worse, the garden was infested with the largest rats I've ever seen—these creatures were friendlier than the hotel staff!It's beyond me why anyone would run a hotel if they don't care about the safety and well-being of their guests.

After our registry office, we invited the guests to have breakfast in the Tarih Restaurant. I have to praise the breakfast very much. There was plenty of choice and the food was very tasty. The employees work very quickly and were there immediately to answer any requests.The restaurant is very nice.The arrangement for the reservation went smoothly. The information was informative and everything was explained in detail.There was one thing that needs to be mentioned that really disappointed me and therefore I have to deduct two stars. You had to pay €160 for the cake cutting even though I bought the cake knife and the cake itself and brought it there. Even if it is a Turkish tradition you don't charge €160 for it. In my opinion that was an impertinence and very rude to my guests.

If it were possible, the store wouldn't get a star. Restaurant in the casino: Didn't get what I ordered, a Pilsner instead of an Alt beer, there wasn't much food on the plate, so you have to go to McDonald's to satisfy your hunger 🥴. Instead of an invoice where you could have counted down, each individual would be billed, you should bill via your cell phone. Cash payments were not welcome. A table had even been reserved, but when you asked it suddenly wasn't true and you were only reluctantly taken into the restaurant. Give this casino in the park a wide berth.👎👎

unfortunately total disappointment. If you offer shisha and use a strainer for a thousand varieties, it is inedible and despite several complaints, you still have to pay the full amount for it.

Old, romantic, castle-like building with history. The rooms at the back of the building are particularly quiet and have a view of nature. The staff is always busy, if you need something (e.g. toilet paper) you have to let us know because they don't check on the rooms every day.

The hotel I always prefer when I go to the Kamplimfort area is the old historical hotel where the famous names and generals of the 2nd World War stayed. The hotel is run by a Turkish gentleman and he is very helpful and the service is very good. I recommend it to everyone.

Was only here as a guest for a very short time. I can't say anything about the rooms etc, but the staff were very nice and helpful and the lobby was nice. Doors and all other design there were old-fashioned and unfashionable, that's all I can say. Employees as I said 5/5 stars for friendliness ;)

Stayed in this hotel for one night (€68 pp) with breakfast (plus €8.50 pp) for a wedding celebration with other guests. Rarely seen such a shabby, run-down hotel room. Musty, old smell, no air conditioning, no fly screens on the windows, mattresses felt 100 years old and completely worn out. There is a shelf at the head of the bed, I hit the edge of the corner of the wall and then the end of the shelf fell down, so the ancient room is already falling apart. At night it constantly beeped extremely loudly in the hallway, it didn't sound like a smoke detector, but it was penetratingly loud and definitely disturbed my sleep.Breakfast was also a joke. The taste was okay, it was Turkish breakfast served on a tray. My husband and I started eating, then another wedding guest came into the room (whom we didn't know personally) and wanted to order breakfast, the waitress replied that this breakfast was for all 3 of us. So sorry, but 4 salami halves (i.e. 2 slices), 4 cheese halves, half a shot glass with jam, peanut butter and hot sauce and 1 bowl of fries for 3 people? And then you have to share breakfast with someone you don’t know? Absolute joke and so bold to charge €25.50 for such a sparsely filled plate (considering the €8.50 per person).I absolutely cannot understand the good reviews here, they probably apply to a booked event in the only beautifully decorated room in the hotel and without an overnight stay. I can't explain it any other way and would definitely not recommend this hotel.

We are also there for a wedding. The staff was very friendly. However, the hotel is getting old. Except the bar, which is very modern.Unfortunately the rooms really weren't clean at all. Empty beer cans and other rubbish still in the cupboards and drawers and the bathroom unfortunately wasn't clean either. Hair on the walls and stubble on the shelf under the mirror. Unfortunately the mattresses were worn out.The breakfast was plenty and delicious!
