I have from October 14th. - 10/17/2024 stayed at this hotel. Since I had stayed overnight before, when I moved into my room I was shocked at how worn it was. The laminate flooring is partially broken. The mattresses are worn out. The last guest simply left his opened mineral water and the next guest, i.e. me, was offered it as a free welcome. I refrain from elaborating on any further deficiencies. The icing on the cake, however, was that the room wasn't cleaned in the morning and hand and bath towels weren't changed. When I complained, it was explained to me that, for sustainability reasons, the rooms would only be cleaned on request or after cleaning had been registered. So I scheduled the cleaning for the next day. Surprise: Sustainability was greater than the will to clean the room, because it wasn't cleaned and no hand or bath towels were changed. The excuse given was that the receptionist had written down the registration, but without the room number. That's why I think there is no cleaning lady at all in this hotel. In advance of this overnight stay, I had also booked a room for the following week, but canceled the booking. I will avoid this hotel from now on and cannot recommend it.

We have nothing to complain about. The reception was super friendly. The room was clean and as shown in one of the photos. Breakfast with a good selection. It was a little empty and was filled up immediately. Unfortunately we had forgotten our bathrobes - no problem. Get some straight away...part of the service. The pool isn't very big, so you can swim a few more lengths. The dog wasn't a problem at all either. If he hadn't been able to stay alone in the room for breakfast, reception would have been happy to take care of it. We were happy with everything... would be happy to come back.

We booked this hotel as a stopover on a long road trip. As already mentioned in other reviews, the pictures on the homepage have nothing in common with the rooms in the hotel. We felt like we were in a cellar. The room was clammy and very dark and carelessly furnished. There was no decoration, not a single picture on the walls. The curtains and drapes were half hanging down, countless light bulbs were broken, and there were cobwebs hanging everywhere on the walls and beds. The beds were hard and the pillows were too thick to sleep on. None of us could sleep well. Only the size of the room corresponded to the advertised junior suite category. We didn't try out the tiny swimming pool, it just didn't look inviting. Unfortunately, the reception was no longer staffed shortly after our arrival and there is no restaurant in the hotel for dinner. We didn't book breakfast. We have stayed in many hotels but this was by far the worst. A renovation is really needed.

Rooms are terribly stuffy. No hot water in the shower in the morning. The bed is worthless and you can't sleep on it.

When we got there and entered our room we were shocked at first, nothing compared to the pictures... the room seemed cleaned but not really... dead moths in the room, dirty bed linen, only 1 toilet paper roll in the bathroom for 2 people “and no, during the period we were there, the room was neither cleaned nor was the toilet paper refilled” we then found out that you can only get this at the reception upon request. The sauna and swimming pool were very good, but the rest was anything but acceptable. In the room description it said underfloor heating, safe, minibar, etc. The mini bar was turned off, the non-functional safe didn't exist and the underfloor heating wasn't even available. One more thing should be mentioned when we asked if the kitchen was open in the evening, we got the answer “no, but I can offer him a frozen pizza or go to Rogers” oh yes, Rogers… and that’s really the thing with the frozen pizza.Staff always tried hard and friendly, but they are not to blame for the condition of the hotel, which definitely needs a renovation and an up-to-date description of the rooms as well as photos.
