We had a family room for 3 nights and were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room. We also noticed the cleanliness of the hotel positively. Only in the shower did some mold form on the ceiling, but it was completely removed the next day without being asked(!). Apparently the staff is very attentive. With the short opening times of the reception and the check-in at the machine you can live well in this price segment. The process went largely smoothly with the only special feature being that breakfast for the children traveling with you could not be selected on the PC and so you had to check in later Had to contact reception again. The staff at reception were extremely friendly every day.We can absolutely recommend the hotel.

The bathroom was neat and clean. Large soap liquid bottles were available twice. A hairdryer, towels and toilet paper were logically also available. This time the bed linen was very good, smelled fresh and made you feel comfortable. The service was very friendly.

We often stay in BundB hotels because they promise consistent quality and quiet, soundproof rooms. This was OK too. Unfortunately, there were a lot of little things missing (signage at breakfast, there was always a lack of fruit yoghurt for 2 days, then again a day later there was only natural yoghurt (the one that the employee eats every day), I had to ask for a new carton of milk every day, Porridge was also out for several days, then toast bread was missing...Cutlery in the e.g. to take the cereal ingredients out of the containers, no spoon in the peanut cream, etc.).There was virtually no room service. If I'm there for one or two nights it's OK, if I'm there for a few days with the dog and child I'm very unhappy. In the end it was really dirty despite complaining to the reception about the lack of room service. I ran after towels. A bag of rubbish was handed in and when asked to vacuum the floor because the children had spilled rice, they responded with “I don’t understand anything” and were not seen again for the day. Even the soap for the shower was simply handed to us in a bottle. And we won't talk about the beds. I once had to change a duvet cover and then had to search and run after it with the duvet cover that had been removed so that there was a new one. There are no signs indicating whether you are still sleeping or whether room service should come in or not. When I asked if this was due to the lack of service, I was told no. I complained to the front desk that there was no room service, but that didn't change anything. Once I gave my trash can outside directly into the hands of the employee who then dumped it out and gave it back. There wasn't even a trash bag left that day...Everything that makes BundB one is missinggood hotel with standard. And unfortunately the price is too high for that.Location: There is a long-distance bus station in front of the house, some buses arrive very early in the morning and some of them leave the engine running for over 45 minutes. And as soon as one is gone, the next one comes. It means it's loud.Parking: you need a lot of luck to be able to place your car there.Toilets in the entrance area are locked, you can only go there during breakfast if you get a key. Even more inappropriate: if you sit down there on a Sunday afternoon (the snack machines are there too), because then the reception is closed and you have to go up to the room because the toilets are locked. If I stay here for a night or two you probably won't notice that much, but longer stays are definitely not recommended.

I booked one night in the hotel. Even though I called ahead and said I wouldn't arrive until after 11, my booking was simply canceled by the system. I then had to make a new booking and in this short period of time when I didn't have a new booking it was already a stressful time. Unfortunately, I didn't receive the free water for members. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. Only the towels couldn't be found at first glance, the check-in went smoothly and the checkout was contactless as well. I'd love to come back.

Friendly check-inPleasant locationGood roomNice staffCriticism: When checking in, it was not mentioned how to get to the hotel later. Worked with the room code. The code and room number are on a piece of paper. If this is lost, this is a free ticket for every stranger.

Simple, inexpensive hotel. Completely new in 2017.The hotel is clean, the room offers all the necessary comfort and the breakfast buffet is good. I think it's particularly good that there is no check out. Legend has it that the parking situation on site is tense. Nevertheless, a clear recommendation with a good price/performance ratio
