In general, I was quite satisfied, especially with the WhatsApp service and the general online processing as well as the check-ins!However, I noticed things that I would like to report back.We had to move the beds a bit and it was really dirty underneath and behind them. If they were massive beds, I would understand, but these beds are easy to move. It would be particularly important for allergy sufferers that there would be good cleaning there too.The window was dirty and had cobwebs on the top left corner. The roller blind box has technical problems when retracting - when the roller blind is pulled up again. In the bathroom the toilet seat was greasy, the toilet brush was completely dirty and the ventilation in the bathroom was annoying. This ran all night, even with the lights turned off.Otherwise it seemed clean, well-kept and the coffee machine in the foyer is a dream.

I had a pleasant stay. The rooms are spacious, clean and functionally furnished. The bed was comfortable and ensured a restful night. The service was friendly and helpful. The front desk staff was always available to answer questions. The cleanliness of the entire hotel, including the bathroom, was particularly commendable.Overall, a solid choice for anyone looking for simple but clean and affordable accommodation.

Cozy, clean room with everything you need.Price-performance ratio is absolutely right! My son and I have already stayed in several hotels in Wuppertal. We will only stay here in the future because the price-performance ratio is just right. When I arrived, I was worried that the night would be restless because the hotel is right next to a gas station, pizzeria, Netto market, etc. However, these concerns have not been confirmed. The night was very quiet and pleasant. Conclusion: My son and I were completely satisfied.

The last time I was here was about 5 years ago. This is an update on my recent experiences.Check-in was quick and easy thanks to the app. The door code was then easy to activate and use.The room (declared as a business room according to the booking) does not differ much from the “normal” rooms. The only difference is that the rooms face the back towards the courtyard. The rooms are not quieter, thanks to the nearby cable car.In the evening hours there is a lot of activity in front of the “hotel”, either from guests present or “car posers” driving past. The entrance door to the stairwell was open at all times and even unauthorized people could easily get into the stairwell and the rooms. There is a coffee machine in the entrance area where you can get a small cup of coffee for €1.80. Of the five days we were there, it was only possible to get a coffee on the first two days as there were no more cups in the machine. So much for service. At the gas station opposite you can get a large cup of coffee for €0.50 more, which also tastes very good. There are parking permits for guests arriving by car. These are also freely accessible at the check-in terminal. I was able to observe several times how non-guests there took a card in order to avoid parking tickets. The doors to the room and bathroom could only be opened with great effort. If you want to fix this, there are rubber bands that are attached to the wall with a nail or screw. There was a blind in our room, but it couldn't be operated properly. If you wanted to open it completely, you had to wrap the strap around the window handle, otherwise the blind would rattle down freely. The bathroom is very small, fortunately my wife and I are not particularly corpulent. The bathroom could be problematic for people with larger builds. The toilet is also very close to the sink. Has its benefits if you have gastrointestinal issues. When we moved into the room there was only a partial roll of toilet paper in the holder. There was no reserve role. There were two hooks for towels - only the base of one was sticking out of the wall. The beds are very uncomfortable, too soft and in my opinion a bit sagging.Checking out on the day of departure was also easy and problem-free via the app. Since we had suitcases and hand luggage with us, we wanted to use the elevator. Unfortunately, this was occupied by the cleaning staff and a large garbage bag restricted the space. We won't be here again and I can't recommend it under any circumstances. It's better to spend a little more money and get more quality.
