Overrated. We took the option of cleaning every two days but that never happened. When we spoke that the room wasn’t cleaned they started to argue. We also booked a fancy room with balcony and bath tub but they allocated some other room for us on arrival which wasn’t great.Overall not worth the money. I’d rather lay that money for Hyatt or Hilton.

Nice Place, friendly & attentive staff, multilingual,Cocktails at top floor with amazing view,Caipirinha needs improvement though 😉- another goodie’s the sauna also with amazing city views - sadly when we were it wasn’t possible to really enjoy the recreational benefits of it since people were doin’ their stock market telcons in the chill out area.Otherwise a very nice experience.Recommended, with room for improvement.

Rooms on the side of the tracks were quite noisy. Air conditioning didn't work well and was quite loud. The care products are really not good and you can't get the shampoo out of your hair. The sauna was small but very nice. Cocktails and drinks were good, but really expensive…Location of the hotel is great. Lively and you can find something to eat for every taste. Close to town.

The 25hours Hotel in Düsseldorf is a real eye-catcher! Great atmosphere, beautiful rooms, fantastic views. Be sure to choose a French-style room. Bar and restaurant “The Paris Club” is also highly recommended.

I booked the 25hours Hotel for a family visit to Düsseldorf, specifically because I prefer staying within the Accor loyalty system. The location is conveniently central, in a new modern zone, and the hotel offers a parking garage. However, I found the staff inexplicably place laundry racks in the middle of the bays, making parking unnecessarily difficult. While the hotel offers amenities comparable to others in its class, I don’t think it fully lives up to its 4-star rating for several reasons. We booked a medium room, and while the window and view were nice and the bedding was comfortable, the bathroom was a letdown. The shower was tiny and leaked onto the floor, which was quite dangerous, and the wash basin was cluttered with random items that didn’t seem useful or necessary. We didn’t opt for breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. The rooftop bar has a nice vibe and great views, but service was frustratingly poor. Despite asking four times for our bill, we were repeatedly ignored, while the server attended to other tables. I eventually left and asked for the drinks to be added to my room bill, only to be told by reception the next day that welcome drink vouchers can’t be applied to the bar. When I mentioned the slow service, I was essentially told it was “tough luck” if they were busy. It’s disappointing to experience such inflexible customer service in a hotel that tries to deliver a French-inspired aesthetic—perhaps the customer service should have been imported too.Additionally, the lift situation is chaotic. There are four lifts, but only three are available to guests, while the fourth is reserved for staff. People press both sets of lift buttons, causing the lifts to stop unnecessarily at every floor, even when already occupied. They should consider making the stairs more accessible to help reduce the congestion. In summary, while the hotel tries to be quirky and different, it doesn’t quite deliver for the price point. The overall experience was undermined by unhelpful staff and a lack of attentiveness in key areas. I’m unlikely to return unless Accor resolves these issues.

the location of the hotel was pretty good for where we wanted to beHowever there are a few issues with the service. we are Accor gold members and we travel and stay with many different accor hotels around the world, however this establishment is subpar in terms of the service accord typically offers. We had a drink on Friday night at the rooftop bar which was pretty busy, yet when the bill came the server refused to accept our welcome drink (that reception had told us we could use at the bar..). It also took 30 minutes for us to pay the bill, we saw multiple new tables sat and pay out before we got up and insisted to pay. Unacceptable. when we checked out we asked for them to use the welcome drinks towards the bar bill as that’s what they are supposed to be used for, the reception was unwilling to apply the vouchers for the drinks - we don’t know why, surely this is not such a technically difficult application that the front desk should be able to do something this simple for gold members. We also mentioned the poor service in the bar and were told “they were very busy”, without any apology. Also unacceptable. The rooms views were nice but it could get loud at times and also the room decoration is very busy and not very functional. There’s no closet for example and not much room to put things in the room or bathroom. For what we paid and how we were treated I would not recommend staying here. Please improve your service .

A high-quality and personal hotel on the edge of the city center. About 5 minutes by tram to the old town. The rooms are comfortable and bright, the breakfast is high-quality. Very friendly staff. Space for a car in the parking garage
