A&O is for someone who doesn't like to sleep, the doors slam too loudly, and every A&O where I was had the same system. It's a shame because it also has a nice atmosphere where you can quickly meet new acquaintances. The radiator in my bathroom was broken and after I reported it it was supposed to be fixed. It wasn't. Nevertheless, I would recommend it for young people.

OK for two nights. Family room quite large, mattress hard, breakfast ok, unfortunately in the basement, quite restless at night, location very good, no cleaning, unclean rooms, not all beds made, inlets all with stains

I am a single mom and was in the family room with my two boys. It is central and has everything you need. WiFi is cut off, the most important thing for my children!!! Everything was clean, the staff was nice and the food was good. You always have to think about how much money you spend to evaluate something. We were very satisfied and got to our destination quickly from the city. The slide pool 🤣 👍

Really nice, the necklace has really worked out. Towels are now included and the bar and lobby are really pleasant. Very quiet at this location. Only the rooms remain rather spartan (well, hostel, but very good value for money) and the rooms are sometimes very inexplicably warm and the wet rooms are unfortunately very steamy and sweaty.

I am aware that you have to make some compromises when it comes to a hostel and the correspondingly low prices. I was aware of this when booking and since it wasn't my first A&O, I also knew what to expect. However, a cheap price does not justify the standard of hygiene that I found. I had to complain about the first room because the drain in the sink didn't drain. There were already various hairs on the beds and the whole room was very dusty. The elevator, which only went up to the fourth of 5 floors, had a sticky floor and the hallways weren't really clean in general. (Both elevators had an unpleasant smell)The complaint about the drain wasn't an issue and we got a new room. In general, the employee at the reception was very helpful and friendly. The drain in the second room worked, but the hygiene was also very questionable here. Various hairs on the beds, floor and everything just very dusty. We didn't feel comfortable at all and the standard of hygiene doesn't seem to be an isolated case here. The service staff at the reception was absolutely great, the location was central, but I can only advise against booking here. It's better to invest 20-30 euros more for a hostel/hotel with clean rooms.

A lady came at 12 at night to tell me to turn the laptop down because it's quiet time, but there was nothing in the room to make noise, I was sleeping and you are strictly my sleep

Where should I start?, I give it less than 1 star, I paid for 4 beds room, and they gave me 6beds room, in which you pay 1,88 for bedsheets that smell like someone who has been covered with. I really don't recommend it to anybody who thinks of spending a relaxing peaceful night. Because the person who thought of making these boxes of metal under beds wasn't ok. You will hear noices every 4min continuously, noices of somebody pushing these boxes from other rooms, and last thing, the bathroom smells urine. Come on we pay for a service !Very disappointed and very happy that I will never ever make again any booking in this hos t el.

We received a very friendly welcome and it was completely sufficient for an overnight stay with 4 people. The breakfast should be mentioned positively, there was nothing missing and it was always replenished and cleaned up.
