You can tell that it was once a different chain (Ibis). Not the usual good BB Hotel standard, like BB Bonn West for example.Bathroom/toilet with barely usable toilet and unsightly mold on the joints in the shower.

We lived there in a hotel for a month, I worked at night and slept during the day. The hotel did not have the opportunity to send a cleaner after five o'clock in the evening. The room was cleaned and the sheets changed once a month, not at all satisfied with it. Otherwise, the servers are friendly. The location is convenient. Breakfast could have changed a little over the course of a month, always one and the same meal. Otherwise I was satisfied.

Is OK. Standard room. What's brilliant is that there's a huge lounge downstairs with power sockets and you can just chill out downstairs. You can even leave your own purchased frozen pizza at reception, in the freezer compartment, and bake it in the oven in the lounge. Super relaxed...if you have to eat and work downstairs with your laptop

The hotel is fine so far.Rooms are small, but still okay.I find the shower very, very small.I didn't realise that SKY can be used free of charge at all B&Bs. It certainly didn't work for me. Nobody tell me that.Breakfast is very poor. There are no scrambled eggs.I think it's very good that the microwave there can be used free of charge.

Everything was perfect. The room was well equipped and nothing was missing. It was also cleaned every day. The service was very friendly and the breakfast was very good.

The former Ibis Hotel has a great location. You can walk to the old town in 5 minutes or the city center in 10 minutes. The connection to public transport and the motorway is really good!The rooms are simple but okay. You have a small bathroom and everything you need is there. That's about it. The small offset to the bathroom with a height of approx. 3cm, which has a metal edge, is not so good. ATTENTION Risk of injury! It's best to wear slippers. The breakfast is quite good. You'll get full but unfortunately it's not worth the €13 or so. In the city you can have a really good breakfast for the money. So if you're looking for a place to sleep in the middle of the city and don't need a lot of comfort, this is the place for you. You can do it.

- Great location, on the edge of the old town.- Welcoming staff.- Perfectly clean room with comfortable bed and powerful air conditioning.- The bathroom could be improved - there were no railings for placing the towels, only 2 tiny hooks and of course the towels never got dry on them. The wall around those hooks was visibly dirty.- The breakfast offered quite a wide variety of food, but I'd appreciate at least one warm option (for example scrambled eggs or roasted bacon). What I really appreciated was that the staff took very good care of the breakfast room - all the tables were cleaned immediately after being used and all the food was always replenished.

I arrived and checked in quickly, but during my 9-day stay, my room was not cleaned at all for the first 5 days. When I inquired about this, I was told that the presence of my small 5 kg dog was the reason, despite their policy stating that pets are allowed. Mr. Tuna - receptionist, who was unprofessional, then asked me to pay an additional 12 EUR per day for cleaning. This request contradicts the advertised policy, and my attempts to address this issue with him were poorly handled, as you can verify through your records.Please be cautious about misleading customers and ensure that they are not charged for services they do not receive! According to customer service standards, I should not have been charged for cleaning during the period my room was not attended to. Additionally, the poor condition and smell of the rooms are concerning.I suggest training your staff to improve their customer service skills, as their behavior directly impacts your reputation and business! I would take alos the opportunity to thanks Rosie who was super professional to handle this case the next day. Thanks and Best
