Tryed to get accommodation but was unable as they where full, but found accommodation just up the road so decided to come for dinner later on if l ever come back here again l would say what a great choice, our meals were very good, service was great very friendly people thank you for a wonderful evening cheers Jenny and Mick from Australia 🇦🇺

A spontaneous dinner after a short walk along the Weser.No waiting time, everything came pretty quickly.The side dishes are solid home cooking.The fish is very tasty, especially the smoked one was super mild and aromatic.

We had dinner with several people, in short we were a bit ashamed to have been invited there. It started with ordering drinks, took forever, bringing cards took forever... and until the food came... it also took forever. 2 waitresses outside the house, inside and at the back on the terrace is simply not enough and there certainly weren't any more in the kitchen either. Maybe there should be fewer dishes on the menu. The food wasn't tasty either and a bit little. We won't be going back, unfortunately.

Our first choice for switching off.Romantically located, in close proximity to the Weser below the monument.Ideal for cycling and canoeists traveling along and on the Weser.Thanks to Ira and Thomas, you have put the restaurant back on a great footing.

Location nice. Great outdoor area with a view of the greenery. Really great for children. Interior (now a matter of taste): the pictures don't convey any style. It doesn't add up, but maybe that's how it should be. Toilets are great. Service friendly. But the food: really too expensive for the performance. When I ordered I thought whether I could even manage the ferryman salad, but then came a small pile of cheap iceberg lettuce, a bit of pepper, a bit of cucumber, and stale bread. With a few croquettes. That's it. I was so happy and then bitterly disappointed. Guys: you can really do better for the price. You have potential, please use it and surprise the guest with a wow effect... Then they will be happy to come back.

We stopped in after our bike tour and didn't regret it. Great food, freshly prepared and definitely not with Maggi sauce. As allergy sufferers and passionate hobby chefs, we would have noticed this straight away. We also had a very friendly conversation with the innkeepers and staff. With the best will in the world, I can't understand the negative feedback given previously. Everything perfect. Keep it up. We'd love to come back.

Unfortunately I can't say anything about the rooms. But here it comes. I haven't eaten so well in a long time. Simply heavenly. The service was very friendly and nice. The innkeepers were polite, nice and sweet. We can only recommend the old ferry. The location is simply amazing. Whenever I'm in the area again, I'll go there again. Thank you, you are great.

We were registered and arrived about 20 minutes later. The reception was very unfriendly and we weren't allowed to linger. Eat quickly and then go again. We would have liked to stay a little longer. It's a shame that that wasn't possible. So I personally will definitely not be coming back.

The inn makes a good impression.However, the owner is unfriendly. I passed there on my bike. The beer garden invited you to linger. The door to the inn was open. Loud music could be heard. There were boards outside with the Tsges offerings. A guest was already sitting there. So I sat there too to have some refreshment. A couple arrived and wanted to enter the inn. The owner shouted harshly out of the window, "Where are you going, we're still closed". The couple replied that they had reserved a room. The man shouted: "That can't be right, we're fully booked." The guests didn't give up and reported a booking confirmation. Then the man replied that he only had a double room at most, but that he wouldn't be arriving until 3:00 p.m.I found this behavior impossible. Why didn't he come down and double check the booking? Even if arrival is only from 3:00 p.m. He made the guests so unfriendly that they didn't even know whether the reservation went smoothly. Even if rooms may not yet be available. Impossible behavior! From the outside it wasn't obvious that it was still closed. I expect friendliness from a guest host, especially when the guests are friendly. I then got up and left and didn't follow the procedure any further. I would never stop here again or recommend the restaurant! Nobody needs unfriendly inn operators!Addendum:Thank you for the apology. I'm very happy to accept this. I was very surprised by the great reviews you have already received.I'm pleased that you accepted the criticism so kindly and openly and will therefore raise the stars slightly. If I'm ever in the area again, I'd love to try your restaurant. Until then, all the best to you!

We had dinner there on Friday, my wife had pike perch fillet and I had a schnitzel in Riesling cream sauce. Both were absolutely not edible. The pike perch tasted like flour and was cooked softly and the Riesling sauce was a warmed Maggi sauce and overpriced. So I can't recommend it

A very nice local, with a nice outdoor area. Idyllically located, very close to the Weser. Nice operator, new modern map. Courteous service. We really enjoyed the food and the ambience. Price-performance is also right. Definitely coming back.
