Positive:• Staff & Reception:The reception was friendly and professional. The staff explained everything important to us about the hotel complex and the wellness area. Any items I had forgotten were kindly sent back to me by post.• Location:The hotel impresses with a central location, directly at the Garden Show Park and in the immediate vicinity of the pedestrian zone.• Equipment:We had booked the loft suite - a spacious room with a large bed, a small balcony and a beautiful view of the Garden Show Park. We also had a whirlpool in the room, although a few bath additives would have rounded off the experience.• Bathroom:The bathroom is modern in design and has a large rain shower. Unfortunately, no hygiene products were provided when we arrived. A small point of criticism concerns the sliding door of the bathroom, which cannot be locked.• Room service:On the second day we were still missing fresh bath towels after our visit to the wellness area. After a quick call to reception, new bath towels were brought to our room within ten minutes. In the afternoon our room was cleaned properly.• Breakfast:The breakfast offered a rich selection of fresh rolls, croissants, as well as fresh fruit and muesli. Particularly praiseworthy was the chef, who prepared omelettes freshly made to order.• Parking spaces:There is a large guest parking lot directly at the hotel, but it is available for 8.50 euros per night.Negative:• Beds:The beds were comfortable, but I was bothered by the fabric of the bed linen, which was a bit crunchy. In addition, the duvet was relatively heavy, which led to profuse sweating.• Internet & WiFi:The Wi-Fi in the hotel was disappointing. There were always connection problems, which significantly affected streaming or basic internet surfing.• Equipment:Although there was a large TV in the room, entertainment options were severely limited: there were only public channels and the YouTube app was blocked. Screen sharing was also not possible, which should be standard these days.• Hygiene & cleanliness:The whirlpool was not cleaned properly upon arrival - there was hair and limescale residue. We also had several stink bugs in the room. Upon request, I was informed in writing that the hotel is surrounded by nature and that annoying insects can occasionally find their way into the rooms. I would have liked to have received a tip from a professional four-star hotel by the time I arrived at the latest.• Restaurant:The menu offered an interesting selection, but unfortunately the price-performance ratio was not right. The beef steak was only served with a simple side dish and barbecue sauce. When I asked about sauce alternatives, I was only offered herb butter. On the second evening we took advantage of the four-course menu offered as a buffet, as the same dishes were also available at the buffet. The added value of the menu served was therefore not apparent.• Spa & Wellness:We had booked an aromatic oil massage which took place in a private room. However, an additional charge of 20.00 euros was charged for this, which we couldn't fully understand. The massage itself was good. Unfortunately, the facilities in the 1,500 m² wellness area did not meet our expectations. There were three saunas, a small swimming pool as well as an aromatic oil steam room and a whirlpool. We were offered a sea salt bath, but in our opinion it was overpriced.• Price-performance ratio:Overall our weekend was pleasant, but we expected more for the price. Some details such as cleanliness and limited facilities reduce the overall impression. We did not respond to a request as to whether we could be offered a partial refund or other compensation. Therefore, I tend to choose a satisfactory price-performance ratio.

Villa Anna's rooms are full of insects! Most of them are hanging in the curtains but there are also some in the bathroom. The front desk responded indifferently to the complaint. Absolutely no recommendation!

The Best Western Hotel in Bad Lippspringe is simply perfect for us as a small family! We often travel with our small children and always feel warmly welcome. The hotel has really thought of everything to ensure families have a relaxing stay - you can even rent bike trailers and handcarts here, which is always a huge plus for us.The wellness area is a real highlight and offers just the right thing for young and old. While the adults relax in the sauna or enjoy the pleasant warmth of the indoor salt pan, the children also have plenty of opportunities to splash around and feel good. The spa area is a pleasure for the whole family and invites you to enjoy the time together to the fullest.Directly adjacent is the beautiful spa park, the Bad Lippspringe Garden Show, which inspires us every time. The flowering gardens, the extensive walking paths and the quiet atmosphere make the park a real place of well-being where the whole family can relax. And don't forget: the staff is simply amazing! They are always friendly and attentive to us and make us feel really welcome as a family. We are really looking forward to the coming weekend at the Best Western Hotel and can hardly wait to dive back into this little oasis of relaxation.

Woowww. 🥳What a great hotel, what a great wellness/sauna area. I can only recommend it, l.Can also be used on the day of arrival and departure at no extra charge - although our actual plan was to visit the WestfalenTherme, we were so well supplied with drinks cold (cucumber-mint punch) and warm (tea), nuts and dried banana slices in the hotel's wellness area, Otherwise you would have had to pay for it in the thermal baths, it was free there.Breakfast was excellent - including a chef who fried omelettes or fried eggs according to guests' wishes.

A beautiful hotel with the flair of the old health resort charm of the 60s, in top condition, with a first-class breakfast and a spa that is second to none. Well-kept and friendly guests, wonderful excursion options and the regular view from the hotel of the lovingly maintained spa gardens made our stay the perfect experience.

Large parking lot right in front of the hotel. Check in was smooth. You are always treated very friendly by all the employees at the reception and, which I personally found very good, they are always greeted with a smile.I was at a seminar at the hotel. The seminar room was very well equipped. Meals were offered in the very cozy restaurants. Both lunch and dinner tasted excellent. There was nothing to complain about. There was also breakfast. It was all really tasty and very filling. In the evening we went back to the bar, where you could sit in comfortable lounge chairs or, typically, on bar stools.By the way, the hotel is very proud that the French national team stayed there at the 2024 European Championships, which is understandable because it is a very nice wellness hotel with very good service.I didn't use the wellness oasis, but I will next time. Conclusion: very large and very nice hotel with very good cuisine, consistently friendly and courteous staff, the Best Western Premier Park Hotel gave me a very nice stay.Thank you! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is the second time in this great hotel and we are very satisfied. Very friendly staff, from reception to cleaning staff to the wait staff or bar staff.I can't understand why there are guests who complain about the breakfast at reception in the evening (it wouldn't be worth the money) (just because there was no croissant left) instead of asking nicely (it wasn't the hotel's fault) just complain. For those who like it, there is sparkling wine and freshly squeezed orange juice every morning, not just at the weekend. There is an original large honeycomb with the best honey I have ever eaten at the buffet. If desired, fried eggs or omelets are freshly prepared. Waffles can be baked. So why do guests still complain, I don't understand.A really great spa area, the quiet room is very, very elegant. You can help yourself to water, tea, banana chips, Pink Lady apples, and a nut-fruit mix. Where is there so much choice? We'll definitely be happy to come back and I'm looking forward to the next time
