The hotel makes an unkempt impression. The restaurant is closed due to a lack of staff. There isn't even a water bottle provided in the room.Unfortunately, on Sundays there is only one gas station in the town where you can refill your drink bottles.A loveless, run-of-the-mill breakfast where the hotel owners sit behind a barrier and watch what is happening in the breakfast room.Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is not right here at all.

We went to the restaurant for lunch.The owner greets us nicely.The restaurant has recently been renovated and is very pleasantly decorated.We ordered schnitzel and Gordon bleu.Very good quality meat and very good preparation.Meat from the pan and not the deep fryer!!!Price performance is rightThere is only praise.NS the owners come from the Netherlands, hence perfect fries😀

Stayed here for one night as a cyclist at the beginning of October. Rooms spacious, clean and well equipped. Bicycles could be stored and loaded in the basement. Access via stairs which I could manage alone. Rich breakfast where eating on the go wasn't a problem. Gastronomy is also offered. I have rarely eaten such an excellent schnitzel as here. A very good starting point for a trip to the Wasserkuppe and back again.thank you for the hospitality

Very clean and very friendly hosts.Special attention regarding children :)The self-made station is particularly nice for breakfast omelettes, scrambled eggs or fried eggs. A suggestion for presenting the types of sausage and cheese at the buffet, preferring white ceramic plates rather than metal plates, looks more valuable.Very good price and great location.Would love to come back.

The rooms were clean and we received them at short notice.The lady was extremely attentive and super friendly, and the breakfast was also very rich and delicious.We were also offered a place to park our bicycles.Thanks so much.We'd love to come back.

We were very disappointed. Unfortunately, the food in the restaurant is not recommended. The tarte flambée and apple strudel were from the freezer. The prices are too high for the very, very average food.

super nice hotel, really tasty foodthere is a very beautiful area with lots to do... we like fishing for trout and there are beautiful ponds very close by so we immediately made use of the ponds 5 minutes from the hotel
