Clean hotel right in the center of Dessau, very friendly reception, perfect for a short city trip, breakfast was OK, unfortunately only self-service (hence the point deduction for me personally), parking available at the hotel. Will definitely consider B&B again on further city trips. Price/performance are completely okay.

A nice new and clean hotel. The rooms are clean and functionally furnished. Unfortunately all parking spaces were full, but there are enough parking spaces around the hotel and even free on Sundays.

Very nice staff who can also deal with Nordic craftsmen.😆 Peter Pane next door makes delicious food. I missed making the bed a bit, but I was only there from Fri to Sun.😅 But you can also sleep there with the window open.😊

No check-in code arrived via email, despite information that this would be coming. Stains on the bed sheet, also on the pillow in the next room, the duvet smelled, the code for the room had to be regenerated 3 times, no wardrobe - difficult if you are there for more than 2 days.The location right in the city, train station nearby is great, parking available for a feeOne lady was very friendly and committed to service, the other not so much. It's a shame.You could make something out of it but there are a lot of corners and ends missing!!!!

Normal hotel standard.Clean room, the bathroom smells a bit musty and the toothbrush cups in cardboard have already been used, one of them is disgusting.

We had booked for 4 nights. The price-performance ratio was great. The room was clean. The breakfast offering was sufficient and good. The rolls were a hit, totally delicious.Particularly noteworthy is the receptionist, Ms. Jinda. A class woman. Because of her alone, we would book again for our next stay in Dessau. Very warm greetings!!!

The stay was not as expected. The staff was very friendly. It's just that the restaurant is way too small, even though it's spread over 4 blocks. We were in the second block and those from the first block were still sitting in the restaurant. We didn't like that so much. Our room 436 wasn't really clean either.And I've also worked in the hotel and cleaned rooms, and they were really clean afterwards.

Breakfast slots of 45 minutes are not acceptable and are not advertised on the homepage. The time is also reduced to 30 minutes if 40 people line up for breakfast at the start of the slot.

We stayed with the family over the long weekend, two nights at two different B&B locations (DE&HAL). My husband already knew the chain from overnight stays at work. The reception was friendly, the lady was very nice. Since we only stayed one night, we were offered to park at St. Mary's Church, as parking there was free until 9 a.m. the next morning. A look over our shoulder and we took a parking space behind the house for €12, as the church was already quite full. When I arrived in the room, I was at least surprised by the ambience, but as a three-bed room it was quite small and the seating was only designed for two. As for cleanliness, well maybe I shouldn't have looked that way. Apparently there was no dusting at all, there was a thick layer of accumulation on the shelf and the table was also completely dusty. And unfortunately I doubt whether the room was vacuumed, and if so only roughly, because there were crumbs all over the carpet down by my bed. I suddenly had stuff hanging on my socks that I didn't know where it came from. At least the bathroom was clean. The breakfast was ok, the selection was completely sufficient. It was a bit noisy, but that's not the hotel's discretion. For me, Halle is clearly ahead when it comes to room size and cleanliness; there was no carpet here, just laminate.Nevertheless, we would come again if we were only there for one night. Maybe next time I’ll be pleasantly surprised 😊

Rooms are always clean and tidy. Staff is friendly, thou in the evening sometimes difficult to get hold of. Breakfast is acceptable. Generally a good value for what you get.

A new, beautiful and very clean hotel. The rooms are the standard B&B rooms, bright and modern. Since everything is very new, there are still a few little things that weren't paid attention to, such as only hooks in the bathroom but the towels (at least mine) don't have a loop.The bicycle storage is not well solved. There is only one lockable uncovered area (although with video surveillance), which is fenced off with corrugated iron (about 1.8m high) (not good in the rain, which is what you would have expected for a hotel on the Elbe). A better solution, as in other B&B hotels, would be to store the bicycles under the stairs in the stairwell, as there is also a camera there (through the entrance and exit), enough space and a roof. The breakfast was great, but unfortunately not all of the coffee machine's options were usable (for example, the hot chocolate only had milk instead of chocolate) and it wasn't refilled.
