Quite cold and high humidity. But despite everything, I absolutely cannot understand the sometimes extremely negative reviews. It was mostly clean, the trash had been emptied, the dishes were clean, the floor was cleaned, the kettle was empty. Only the bed sheet had stains, but it looked to me like it didn't come out 100 percent when washed. But the size and the price... absolutely fair. I would do it again if I came near it again.Oh yeah: the TV worked too :-)

So far I have never left a review about an accommodation because it is always a question of taste, how you would like to be accommodated and what standard you expect. This time it is different and I would like to give my review here because it is simply unbelievable - almost indescribable what a dirty and dingy accommodation this is. Not only the room but also the bed linen and towels smelled unpleasant. The pillowcase had disgusting stains, so I wrapped the pillow with the towel I had brought with me to sleep. The floor was definitely not cleaned. Dirt everywhere, cobwebs and dead small animals on the window sills. The ceiling over the shower was moldy. I don't want to go into the inner workings of the toothbrush cup any further. There was still old water in the kettle. But the cherry on top was the toilet paper, which was completely soiled on one of the two sides of the head with indefinable dirt. Just gross, gross, gross. If I had found an alternative option shortly, I would have left the accommodation immediately.

Now I was in Baunaeck again. Unfortunately I have to drastically revise my rating! The room dirty! Mold in the bathroom! Dirty bed linen! Good thing there were 2 beds! Otherwise I would have checked out! It was fine for one night! Fine for a short stay! Rooms are functionally furnished. Quiet location and easy parking! Price/performance was not ok in this case!

Underground!The operator seemed annoyed and unfriendly when she called and asked about availability.When you arrive at the accommodation you feel euphoric for a moment when you see the renovated room, but that goes away again as soon as you enter the completely dirty bathroom. As a former soldier, I'm really not squeamish and have no problem with the bathroom being a little older, but when there are black spots in the shower and the shower heads are completely contaminated with germs, the fun really stops.I left the accommodation straight away.Such accommodations should be closed immediately!

I actually hate writing negative reviews, but unfortunately I have to agree with the previous speaker.When we arrived, it wasn't entirely clear where we had to report. We discovered a shabby anteroom - there we knocked on a door. In a strange environment decorated with sacks of returnable bottles, a handful of brooms and old children's toys (?), a barefoot lady - very reserved, less friendly, rather cold - handed over the keys to the two double-room apartments we had booked.When entering the premises, a musty, wet, stale smell immediately spread. Upon closer inspection, dirty corners, cobwebs with dead creatures, empty salt shakers and dirty pots saw the light coming through the dirty windows. The toothpaste provided had expired in 2021 and the soap dispenser requested an offer of a tiny bit of diluted soap. I skipped washing my hair after I found the hairdryer in the bottom drawer of the sink, covered in dirt and dust. It was lying between dirty cleaning rags.My personal highlight, however, was the 'pool view' we had. Directly in front of the window in front of which the beds stood there was a black mat through which a lot of brush was already spreading. There was an upside down pool in the middle. Garbage and moldy seat cushions were stored around it. Phew, what can you say about that?Regardless of whether the building is old or not, it doesn't ask too much as a host to pay attention to hygienic standards and to ensure a well-kept environment. Luckily we only booked one night. It was definitely enough for lots of memories. Here you can only get away with humor. Have fun with the pictures.

I do not know what to say. I'm ashamed of having booked this room in the Baunaeck for my parents for 2 nights! We are definitely not squeamish. But if I think our hallway was cleaner than this accommodation, I'm not lying. I've never seen so many cobwebs, spiders, dirt, dead animals, dust mice, dirty water in the kettle or toothbrush mug!!!! Even the bed linen looked used and had hair in it. Also the kitchen spongelooked disgusting and almost moldy! Unfortunately we will never book this accommodation again! I hope the owner takes it to heart and checks her rooms before guests arriveFuture!

We use the rooms as fitters.The rooms are clean and tidy and there is even a kitchen and a nice shower in the "room"...actually more of a small holiday apartment.If you give the Hotel Adlon 5 stars, we give 4 here!!!!

Never again!Plus points: parking space, hot water and a working heater. Beds were okay, only the bare essentials were availableMinus points:Check-in was initially problematic: Even after the set time slot for my arrival, I neither met anyone on site nor was able to reach anyone by phone. It only became clear a little later.WiFi not availableCleanliness was non-existent, an absolute disaster. The entire apartment, especially the bathroom, was full of dark hair on the floor - definitely no one cleaned it! Towels were dirty and there was trash in the cupboards.

OK for a few days, but not next time.--I had room number 3. Booking or reservation was easy by phone.+ “CheckIn” and “CheckOut” possible at any time by arrangement+ friendly+ Kitchen available+ lots of space+ contactless key collection+ Stop(s) just around the corner- Payment only requested in cash- There are some expired foods lying around- Food residue/stains on cutlery/dishes- The room didn't seem very clean to me

We didn't feel comfortable and expected something different based on the half-timbered house advertising photo. The room (formerly the car repair shop's office in the yard? not directly in the half-timbered house) could not be darkened (2 glass block windows and entrance door with glass elements). It smelled unpleasant, worst of all in the bathroom. We opened the cabinet doors under the kitchen sink and it was moldy.No cell phone reception. The room seemed sparse rather than lovingly decorated. There was discarded (?) furniture lying around on the wall of the house opposite the room.The ventilation in the windowless bathroom was very loud and ran for what felt like forever, so I didn't turn the light on at night. Chair wobbly.I find it outrageous that in previous reviews on the Internet it was pointed out that the room cannot be darkened and the answer was that there is a window (probably the former shop window) that can be darkened. What's the point if there are also several glass block windows? Why is the criticism not accepted and curtains or blinds are installed?Positive: Key collection was uncomplicated, parking spaces in the courtyard. Maybe something for fitters? Lots of kitchen appliances.
