5* for the nice gentleman at reception - really accommodating and very friendly5* Spontaneity - called on the same morning of the booking day and asked if you could check in earlier - ✅5* free parking space, possibility to store bicycles safely5* breakfast delicious, sufficient and good value for money - the idea of choosing your breakfast the day before and then having it “served” as sandwiches the next morning is not bad - nothing is thrown away - it was also very well prepared, You can choose whether you want to have breakfast in your room (then you just have to pick it up from the restaurant in the morning - no problem, as there is also an elevator in the building) or in the restaurant.

Rooms very clean. Friendly staff. Location very good. Big disadvantage, there is no restaurant. There is no possibility of getting anything to eat or drink in the hotel.

This hotel has a great location. The tram stop is about 150 m away. Parking available at the hotel. The DEZ shopping center is directly opposite. The rooms are large and the bed is very comfortable. You can book breakfast at the lecture and then pick it up. I liked it very much. If you like it quieter at night, you should book a room with a view of the inner courtyard.

OK. But the beds 😢 a shame.And breakfast with a difference. Yes, the idea of saving resources is good 👍 but breakfast in the morning doesn't work that way. Also a real shame 😢

Great hotel with reasonable prices. The pizzas are particularly recommended in the evening when the chef himself is at the oven.Very clean rooms, a lot of attention is paid to the details!Nice bar to relax after work.

The hotel room was in a discreet style. A kind of "hotel minimalism", nothing superfluous, but everything necessary is there.I would like to rate the bed separately. The mattress is just great. There is a covered parking lot.

It was complete coincidence that I came across this hotel.Even the telephone contact was very relaxed and uncomplicated.However, if you expect the staff to see penguins in tailcoats and bow ties, you're definitely in the wrong place here. The atmosphere is very friendly.I had nothing to complain about in the room. Everything was clean and tidy.I particularly liked the mattresses. They are nice and tight and so for the first time in a hotel I was able to sleep as well as at home.I didn't have breakfast, but I find the concept very appealing and praiseworthy:You order the breakfast you want the day before. This saves you from having an excessive buffet, where over half of the food ends up having to be thrown away.I can only recommend this hotel, especially for business travelers.You can achieve a realistic 25 MBit/s data rate in the WLAN, which means working in your room after work is no problem.Opposite there is a huge shopping center with many "food stalls" where you would like to eat your way through them all.Apparently this hotel is also struggling with the shortage of skilled workers, which unfortunately means that the reception and bar opening times are somewhat limited. But better times will surely come again.I would like to thank you for the pleasant stay and have booked another room for the week after next.

This hotel more than surprised me! Very friendly staff! The food and wine were excellent! Very atmospheric ambience where you just feel good! In the room I was amazed to find a very good hairdryer with an air shower (diffuser). No hotel has ever managed to respond to the needs of a woman. I also found the breakfast that you choose the evening before to be sustainable and extremely tasty. The Bircher muesli is highly recommended. A hotel that captures the spirit of the times and a wide variety of needs. (Breakfast to go or in the room possible) The rooms are absolutely fine and the mattress is also very good. I felt completely comfortable as a solo traveler. It definitely wasn't my last visit! Thank you very much for this extraordinary experience.

·We were at the DEZ shopping center right next door for work. There are enough parking spaces available. The reception there was very friendly. There was a pleasant atmosphere throughout the entire hotel. The owner/landlord contributed significantly to this. He always had a quick saying on his lips. The food is great - huge pizzas and homemade pasta can be eaten in a modern, cozy restaurant. The well-equipped bar invites you to have a nightcap :-) There is a breakfast, which you can pre-order the evening before at reasonable prices. Rolls are freshly topped with juice and muesli and fruit are available upon request. I think it's a great concept, who wants to go to work full of food from the, usually overpriced, buffet ;-). The rooms were good, the facilities were completely adequate, the beds were great and the cleanliness was great! We always like to come back there!!!
