Pictures on the internet are different from reality. It took almost an hour before the receptionist showed up. Paid for a double bed but ended up sleeping on a single bed. The place was dirty. The heater works only late in the night even in Cold weather.What a bad experience it was.

In my last prison cell I had the same set up!
Green walls, bad smelly bed, only light in the ceiling, a TV, a broken toilet that is running water constantly, a tabel and a chair, cold, depressing, loud people next door, no food! So same same but this time we payed for it!

This place is terribly run down. It's dirty and stinks. When I arrived on Thursday afternoon, I was directed to a collective room with a shared bathroom in the corridor, and I booked a single room with a bathroom and paid for it in advance. I had to call the owner, who was not there, to clarify the matter. I got the room but only because another guest was asked to leave. Never again, I do not recommend

The telephone contact was friendly. At check-in the contact was very helpful. But it's only five stars because of the price-performance ratio. This is easy overnight accommodation for those on a tight budget. The rooms are clean and that is the most important thing. 200 m further there are also shops or a sports bar to watch football.

I would prefer to give the accommodation and the operator 0 points. I don't think you need to say much about the pictures. Dirty is no longer a term to describe what you find in this guesthouse. When we asked to change the bed linen, which smelled of urine, it was changed straight away, but the mattress had a number of unsightly stains that made you want to avoid sleeping there.When I asked further about canceling the pension and getting the money back, they refused. The gentleman also became quite disrespectful on the phone and said that you can't judge from pictures whether something is dirty or not. For him it was clean. Then I don't want to know what it looks like at home.I advise everyone to avoid this pension.One word fits: inhumaneUnfortunately, I will never see my money again.

Something terrible I do not recommend this guesthouse to anyone, in fact I warn anyone. The owner of the guesthouse peeks through the keyhole in the bathroom door while people are taking a bath (I caught him doing it myself). He turns off the heating and hot water even though it is 2°C outside. He searches the room while he is away. tenants and rummages through private belongings He extorts money (he damages tenants' cars in the parking lot and calls the police) He enters the room when you are sleeping and wakes you up because it's not time to sleep, in other words, a failureI advise you to avoid this placeThis is how I rate this guesthouse

Was there for the anime fairI thought it was really good, the rooms were clean, the on-site service was courteous and friendly.The price-performance ratio is great, because where can you stay so cheaply in Kassel!So highly recommended. 🌟

Hardship times, here we call something like this a shithole or a mess. Daily superficial sham cleaning doesn't change anything. One guest said it reminded him of prison. Beautiful or? I had a motorway rest stop in my mind's eye when I entered the medical facilities. Definitely suitable for people without demands who are fleeing civilization.

Do NOT check the matrace!!! What I have seen made me leave without looking back and with horror in my head on the same day!!! But if you like 70s furniture and stains in the toilet which are burned inside the toilet, a broken shower and an absolutely unfriendly arrogant host, then you will feel just right here.

It was just terrible. We definitely expected more for the price. The toilet was so small that a construction worker was stuck in it. The small built-in refrigerator in the kitchen was intended for all rooms, at least 4. So it was overflowing. No information about buses, taxis, infrastructure in general. Everything is very noisy. The owner's son always seemed to be somewhere watching you. Very strange and unpleasant. When he talks to you, it sounds like he's reciting. Reminds me a little of the film by Alfred Hitchcock and the famous boarding house...
