Had reserved via booking.Checking in at the machine was easy.After successful check-in, the machine also issues the hotel and room key.The free parking lot directly at the hotel is also a plus point.My single room was okay and there is a shared kitchen. There I could put food in the fridge and boil water for coffee or tea.There was a balcony near my room (No. 201) where you could sit comfortably outside.The Wildunger Hof has certainly seen better days. Nevertheless, I think the price/performance ratio is okay.

Outdated hotel, run without responsibility and humanity.NOT recommended: a very bad experience.Price performance is not right at all.Contact with staff due to an emergency was cross-border and anything but friendly and competent.Rooms with inventory run down, dirty, worn, broken...Not to feel good.

Small single room with mini kitchen,Was the staff/owner “lucky” when checking in yourself? to meet, very unfriendly.Room is ok, nothing more. Musty smell in the upper hallway, furnishings very economical.Bathroom in very bad condition...see photos. Shower rod falls out of the holder, old holder for soap dispenser with sharp metal edges in the very narrow shower, lots of "roommates" in the corners.The house got 3 stars at some point, but the good times are long behind it.Price-performance is not right.It would be ok as a hostel for backpackers.Good location in town.

There is a reason why the hotel at HRS is 50% cheaper than all other hotels in the area. It's better not to hurt yourself.

I had the cheapest room category. Everything was a bit older, i.e. not up to date. The hairdryer was broken. But very clean and always friendly staff.

A small hotel in the center. Parking space. Two-story hotel with an elevator. Clean rooms, large bed, TV. Internet. There is a shared, fully equipped kitchen on each floor. A small dining room. I recommend it!

finally a hotel with decent seating in the room.an extra star for that.another for the surrounding area.just turn right down the mountain...This is how cities should be built!!!hotel with self-service machinevery convenient.Despite everyone else, I've had far worse ones.

Nicely furnished room with comfortable bed. Particularly worth mentioning is the communal kitchen, which is well equipped and comfortable to sit in. A concept that more hotels should adopt!The parking situation can be improved.Overall, everything was great, we felt comfortable and would stay here again at any time.

Self-service hotel from check-in, breakfast to check-out. Very impersonal. Hotel desperately needs work on its exterior. Neglected entrance area, amateurish interior work, faulty electrical installation in the mini bathroom, hanging cables, etc., sewer smell in the stairwell. Shared balcony for 4 rooms without partition.Price-performance is not right. There is one star for the functional and new equipment of the shared kitchens.

Around the hotel no care in the hotel you go out of the elevator on the first floor you have to go up a flight of stairs to get to the room very dissatisfied

Reading the reviews here makes me wonder if this is the same hotel I stayed at... The Good: The room was clean and the dog was welcome. End...But honestly, instead of a new website, a total renovation would be urgently needed. Interior from the 80s, bathroom probably even older. There is no breakfast at all during Corona time. The receptionist (lucky me) was nice, but completely overwhelmed. The snack machines are awesome. The bag of chips had expired for over 6 months 😳 I didn't test the hot drinks machine after that 🤢Conclusion: The house lives from the visitors for the spa guests and would have gone bankrupt long ago without them. Too expensive for the performance. Location is convenient to the clinics, facilities are out of the question... It was fine for one night, but that was it...
