A real insider tip 👍🏻. A young team in a historic house. Lovingly restored half-timbered house with modern rooms. Give the team a little more time/chance to optimize the service, so “gracious” 3 stars for service, otherwise even less. Had to wait a long time for dinner and breakfast and there was no staff there at 8am!

Freshly renovated restaurant with a nice atmosphere. The food isn't cheap and the portions aren't particularly large either. Unfortunately there is no salad or salad on the plate.

Restaurant with upscale prices. The quality is good home cooking. Homemade schnitzel, potato salad, boiled beef. The taste is good but there is no unique selling point that would justify the price.Ambience: newly renovated, but slightly uncomfortable as the sound is undampened by the open concept in the large room.Otherwise very clean, the employees are very committed.Unfortunately there are not very many parking spaces at the restaurant.Positive, well located on the long-distance cycle path and as an intermediate point for hikes in the Kaufung Forest.

I was there on business and stayed two nights.The room is very spacious. Unfortunately, a number of equipment items are still missing. The bathroom was not yet complete. The assembly instructions were still in the cupboard and one fastener was not yet secured. The food is delicious, but there is a lot of room for improvement in the way the dishes are presented (nice Decko). The staff is very friendly, but things are still disorganized. Tables sit empty with dirty dishes for a long time. At dinner there is a greeting from the kitchen and on the second evening other guests received the greeting, but not for me. Probably forgotten.The price of breakfast is far too high for what is offered (a cheese plate, a sausage plate, packaged jam). At the second breakfast, the cheese plate was set out listlessly with leftovers. A small sausage platter, a cheese platter, no fruit, no eggs, no cereal and juice only on request. There is definitely room for improvement.I wish the young team all the best and much success.

We were there for dinner and got an exclusive tour of the hotel. All I can say is breathtakingly beautiful! And all of this is thanks to the hard work of volunteers. Simply fabulous. Modern, chic, romantic and feel good. The rooms are large, clean and comfortably furnished in a modern way.The food was super tasty. I like that the menu is small but offers something for every taste. The price-performance ratio is definitely right. We'd love to come back.

The half-timbered house has been very tastefully restored and the history of the house can be seen in a photo. The food in the restaurant is very tasty 😋, I can't say anything about the hotel rooms. The service is very friendly and responds to special requests. There is a restaurant, a beer garden and a hotel.We'd love to come back!!!(The waitress was asked before the photos were taken)

The ambience is very nice, the staff is very friendly. The menu is quite small. The schnitzel or cordon bleu was quite small and not cheap. Fries, if you can call them that, were very salty, fries were kind of warm thick chips. There are no special requests such as fried potatoes here. There is also no side salad. In short, I personally don't think the price-performance ratio is right.

Here you can eat like a king 😀This restaurant is a real insider tip in this area. Between green forests and beautiful hiking trails, this is the best place to enjoy excellent food and relax after a day in nature! We were there for dinner with our children. A disabled-accessible entrance and an elevator are a big plus. The atmosphere is very inviting, modern and cozy and our table was beautifully set. A children's chair was immediately available. The waiter was exceptionally friendly and helpful, knew the menu really well, was able to make good recommendations and responded to our requests, something that is unfortunately not the case in Kassel. The greeting from the kitchen was freshly baked bread with herb butter, the salmon starter was a dream and the main courses (homemade pasta and schnitzel with potato wedges and salad) were a delight! Overall a great price/performance ratio, we have already planned our next visit and are looking forward to it.

Excellent Biergarten with great selection of drinks and snacks. The food was very delicious. The service in general is very good. You can pay by card. The musical selection is great. The atmosphere is relaxed and youthful. We will definitely return when the restaurant and hotel open.

Great beer garden! Super friendly and attentive staff. The food is okay. However, the Prussian fries are awesome. 👍 And the drinks are great! The interior is scheduled to open very soon. I'm very excited! The only drawback is the currently unsightly, makeshift toilets. When that's fixed. There's a full 5 🌟

This is a super cozy, quiet and well-kept beer garden. The beer was cold and the currywurst with fries was really, really good. There is a star deduction because Dirk wasn't there! ;)
