Beautiful old half-timbered house, located directly on the market square. We were there for 3 days cycling (3 rivers). A few minutes walk to the market square with many shops and places to stop for refreshments. The carillon above the Ratsbrauhaus is absolutely worth seeing.The hotel was lovingly prepared, clean and very timely. The breakfast was absolutely sufficient, the staff were very nice and accommodating. There was also space for our bicycles. The good price-performance ratio was excellent. Can only be recommended.

Main criticism: extremely unfriendly behavior from the employee and boss after we politely asked for a corresponding reduction in the room price after an unresolved defect (defective slatted frame); insults and blame from the ladies; very unprofessional, neither confident nor appropriate to the guest; Non-violent communication is different- Breakfast very clear, little choice, a lot of packaging waste- friendly, spacious rooms, spacious bathroom- good location

A really great hotel. You can feel the family spirit. The rooms are great. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The breakfast and the cleanliness are particularly worth mentioning. It is possible to put together a packed lunch. There are extra fees for this, but it is absolutely justified!I can highly recommend this hotel. Questions about nearby sights were explained to us in great detail.Anyone who has something to complain about in this hotel simply has no idea

The hotel is located in the old town and is very easy to reach. It is a lovingly renovated half-timbered house from the 14th century.The staff is friendly.The breakfast leaves little to be desired.

In the oldest half-timbered house in the city of Hann. This modern and pleasant hotel is located in Münden and in the heart of the beautiful old town. Inside there is a nice mix of old and new elements that give the hotel and the rooms a cozy atmosphere. Clean and sufficiently large rooms, friendly service and delicious breakfast. Individual parking spaces are available directly next to the hotel. There is no restaurant in the hotel itself, but there are various options in the old town. We felt comfortable here and would stay here again.

1 night in a triple room.Perfect. Oldest half-timbered house in HÜ. Bicycle cellar. Very friendly welcome. Cozy and modern inside. Everything very clean. Delicious breakfast. Short distances to the old town.

A very nice old building from the outside, but the rooms are equipped with all modern comforts and are very spacious.The reception was good even though we arrived late due to the transfer from the tour operator. It's a shame that we had to carry our suitcases up 3 floors using a not very comfortable staircase.The breakfast is good but not excellent, the breakfast room is small. Secure bike storage that we had access to at any time with our room key. Also nice city.

You can be in the city center in just a few minutes.Our room had everything you need for an overnight stay. The bathroom is very spacious. There is a nice breakfast room. Breakfast was completely sufficient. We would come back at any time.

Very nice hotel, right in the city center! The employees are very nice and helpful. The room was small but nice and very clean. The breakfast is by far the best breakfast, great attention is paid to quality, there is simply something for everyone. I can only recommend the hotel and will definitely come back! Thank you again!
