Good hotel for visiting the stadium in Augsburg. Free parking. Train and bus connection to the center. The stadium can be reached on foot.

We were at a wedding nearby. Even though we were there 2 hours before the official check-in time, we got our room straight away without any problems.The staff is very friendly and accommodating.During the good breakfast (everything you need) we were checked on from time to time and the buffet was also checked to make sure there was still enough of everything. We were alone in the breakfast room at the time.The rooms are small but nice...everything you need is there and we slept well.The location is quiet, in the middle of town. You can reach Augsburg in 10 minutes by car. There are more than enough parking spaces available.Price/performance is top!Full recommendation

I stayed one night because it was close to the arena. It has simple rooms, big parking and a good breakfast.in the evening I ate at the restaurant as I ordered schnitzel. unfortunately I waited 40 minutes 😬😔very close also has a supermarket in case you need something

I chose the Hotel Gasthaus Wangerhof for my stay in Augsburg because it is very close to the WWK Arena, is one of the cheaper hotels even on home game days and breakfast is included.The service staff is very friendly and also shows you the way to the room in a friendly manner.This is relatively small, so you can cross it in three big steps. The room has a wardrobe, a desk and chair with a small TV, a bedside table next to the bed, a private bathroom with shower and there are a few pictures on the wall. Before I went to sleep, however, I hung up the painted picture of a farmer because it looked directly at you in bed. The bed could be more comfortable, but I still slept well.If I remember correctly, breakfast times are from 7:30-9:30. There are rolls, cold cuts, spreads, muesli, juices and coffee.I will definitely book the Hotel Gasthaus Wangerhof again to visit another Augsburg home game.

A home-style Bavarian inn with an outstanding price/performance ratio. The food impresses with its quality and freshness. What Göggingen and Bergheim have been missing for a long time in this quality, a suburb of Augsburg further south in Innigen, this traditional inn has been living for years. Frills have no place in the kitchen and that's a good thing.You can hear the cook knocking the schnitzel. The breading is perfect, no cheese flows out of the cordon bleu, which is generously filled, the fried potatoes are perfect, the side salad is varied and completely fresh, the dressing has a very balanced acidity.The same can be said about the tarte flambée, which had plenty of toppings as a vegetarian option. Very decent open wine selection with 0.2 for €5.2, Riegele beer 0.5 for €4, etc.An attentive and lovely service.A recommendation!

Super cute hotel, we were here for a wedding in the area. We received a very friendly welcome and it wasn't a problem to check in much earlier. We also got a late check out the next morning. Rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable.

Was here for work twice for 2 nights each - very good value for money. Friendly welcome and great service. Rich breakfast and a good selection and delicious cold drink in the restaurant in the evening - you no longer have to wander around town after work and look for a restaurant...

No air conditioning, you should not occupy a room under the roof when the outside temperature is 34°C. Rooms outdated. Beds too small. Felt like Snow White with the dwarves.Breakfast was okay. Beer garden was closed.

Hi super experience. The staff and all are very attentive the owner is polite and nice to talk .Good food breakfast is what we want is there .The hotel is walkable distance to Innigen station there are bus available also prefer train 10 mins to Augsburg station .Surroundings are quiet and pleasant perfect relax atmosphere.We can always catch train or bus to go city .I plan to come stay again in August but they are fully booked .I will come again .Recommended .

We spent 2 nights here for a wedding. Both of our rooms were very clean, each had its own individual furnishings.The staff were very friendly and attentive.The breakfast was sufficient and attractively prepared, but you won't find a cappuccino or latte macchiato.In our double room the windowless bathroom was very warm.However, the bed was very comfortable and the location was surprisingly quiet, you can safely sleep with the window open.Gladly again!

It was incredibly pleasant here.Unfortunately I was only able to enjoy this peace and quiet for 2 days but it remains unforgettable.None, really no noises, comfortable bed, good food.Luckily there were no commotions hereIf you talk to the staff a bit you will find out that they are also very friendly.In the neighborhood there is a farm with geese, chickens and ducks.The furniture is rustic, which I personally really liked.WiFi is super fast.I visit a lot of hotels a year, including in big cities like Cologne, Frankfurt and Munich.But I haven't been able to find such peace anywhere before.If you want to relax then definitely recommended.

Clean rooms with rustic furnishings. The TV had no reception and one of the two bedside lamps was broken. The breakfast buffet was good overall, but the cake was ready-made from a discounter and instead of a fully automatic coffee machine there was "only" filter coffee. The inn was busy and the food was really tasty. The price for the onion roast with salad was 22.50 euros and the beer was 4 euros.

Nice restaurant with relaxed but not intrusive service. The waiting time was quick despite the almost full house.The food is simple and home-style, but the selection isn't huge but there should be something for everyone.I can't say anything about the rooms, we only had dinner.There is enough parking space so it should never be a problem.

This guesthouse is only suitable for professionals who only book one night and then continue. The breakfast was on the sparse side and not regularly replenished, only the first morning we were asked whether we wanted an egg, fried egg or boiled and had two small rolls baked (not enough small white rolls available). The workers took the rolls with them. for their lunch? (that's why maybe no yougurt in individual packaging?), no marmalade, honey or yogurt. The room was on the cool side at night for my wife who was seriously ill, but no blanket was provided!!!!! We were answered by telephone: 'This is NOT a hotel' because apparently no one is there in the evening and at night????. Very disappointed for us and therefore not worth repeating. Our friends from Augsburg who recommended this Gasthof were also very shocked and very disappointed.

Very clean and friendly. The restaurant is top! Good food, very good farmer's liver sausage. I can only recommend.
