The rooms are very nice and modern. The bed is very comfortable but it's annoying that there are 2 single beds - you always have a pit. The staff is ok and the service is pretty minimalistic. The WiFi could be better. I think it's great that there is enough parking space. The location is top.

Small but very nice hotel with a brilliant view of the Allgäu Alps. Very tasty breakfast with vegan alternatives. Very fond of children. We'll be back :-)

We stayed here in the mountain atmosphere on a spontaneous short stay. Very great modern and cozy hotel. Very friendly hosts who explain everything, the rooms are comfortable and spacious. The view is incredibly beautiful. Breakfast very tasty and fresh. The spa is pretty great.We'll definitely come back again.

Be careful, be careful, be careful!We booked the hotel through Booking.com and unfortunately had to cancel the booking. We canceled early so we are entitled to a 100% refund. To receive this you must contact the hotel directly. I did this on May 22nd. Unfortunately the money was not refunded. No response to several subsequent emails. I reached the hotel by phone about 2 weeks ago. I was promised that the money would be transferred. However, as of TODAY (MORE than 1 month since the cancellation) this has not been done. I have now turned on Booking.com. But it seems that no one can reach Booking.com at the hotel either. I'm curious to see whether Booking.com is successful and I get my money back (at least €1200). That's why only 1 star (unfortunately there are no 0 stars) and my advice: be careful with this hotel!!!

I have to say - extremely poor service. I booked for 3 nights. Unfortunately I had to cancel my short vacation. I did this during the free period. According to the homepage, this can only be done in writing via email! I wrote a whopping 5 emails and received no response. I haven't received my advance payment back yet. The joke is that there is only one cell phone number. gives. No landline number as you know it.I was looking forward to the few days in July, but there is only one star!

Beautiful hotel with great service and delicious breakfast. We stayed at the Hotel Bergflair for two nights and really enjoyed our stay. The modernized and renovated hotel is perfectly furnished. Our room was a great size with a nice balcony. There was a very large selection at the breakfast buffet and eggs were prepared in all variations upon request. The wellness area was also very nice. We had three great days and can only recommend the hotel. The highlight was the cow pasture right next to the breakfast area.

Bergflair is a hidden gem. Breathtaking view, excellent arrival reception, spacious and beautifully designed rooms, panorama sauna. Add to this, a delicate breakfast. In short, go there!In walking distance, nearby Fischen is a cosy small village.Haamann

We spent our short honeymoon here and absolutely loved it. Very nice and modern hotel with tastefully furnished rooms and wellness area. The view from the balcony is unique and there are great hiking opportunities in the nearby area. The wellness area invites you to relax, unfortunately it was probably due to... Due to the weather, the whirlpool was not open and there was no more space in the wellness area. However, early in the morning we had the area completely to ourselves and were able to enjoy everything in peace.There are a few shops and delicious restaurants in town. The breakfast in the hotel is very varied and delicious. The employees were all very courteous and friendly. All in all, we are very satisfied and will definitely come again!

The hotel actually has everything you could wish for. Nice location, great view of Obersdorf, nice furnishings and very good breakfast.Unfortunately, emails were not answered and a birthday table was not set up for my wife, even though we had discussed this over the phone.According to the description there is a bar, but it wasn't open during our stay?!
