Repeat offenders.Still five stars for us and we are already looking forward to our next visit.The two of us with our dog were guests at the Wittelsbacher Hof from Monday to Saturday.Breakfast and dinner were very good and buffet style.Located close to the pasture, for the morning walk.Sauna and swimming pool absolutely sufficient.The staff, very friendly.We would love to come back.

Grand hotel that once housed royal families, but missed the leap into modernity in many areas (rooms, amenities, breakfast, swimming pool, exterior facade, entrance area, drive-up area).Everything is old school, far removed from a top 4-star hotel today. It's a shame / but it's cheaper

Nice hotel with a nice wellness area. Breakfast also good. We had a large, newly renovated room. Deduction for the completely unfriendly person at the reception when checking in, she couldn't read my handwriting and therefore scolded me so much. Completely wrong for a 4 star hotel.

We spent a week's vacation there.The hotel is centrally located.Simply keep left at the exit and walk straight ahead to the church and you are in the middle of Oberstdorf.As part of half board, we looked forward to the good, delicious food every evening.Our waiter Ricardo from the service was particularly noteworthy; whether he was having breakfast in the morning or having dinner in the evening, he radiated his good mood.You could tell straight away that he enjoyed his work.The entire staff was very friendly.Great attention is paid to cleanliness.We would certainly like to come back.

We stayed at the Wittelsbacher Hof for six nights in July and were completely satisfied. We were thrilled as soon as we entered our room with its cozy seating area - it offered enough space and comfort. One small point of criticism: the balcony is unfortunately quite narrow, so you don't necessarily want to spend a comfortable time there in the evening.The breakfast buffet was first class and deserves a full five stars. We were also completely impressed by the half-board option, with equally high-quality and varied dinners – also five stars! We would particularly like to highlight the barbecue evening on Thursday, which was an absolute highlight for us. During our week, the guests were entertained on the terrace for the first time, which is not a given due to the enormous effort involved. This small but special gesture made our stay even more pleasant.Overall, we can highly recommend the Wittelsbacher Hof and will come back.

Was here for 4 nights in August and can't say anything negative.Only positive things, the room, the service, the staff and the excellent breakfast, which should actually have an extra point.Located on the outskirts of Oberstdorf, quiet and everything can be reached on foot in just a few minutes.I will definitely go to Wittelsbacher Hof more often. 👍

Nice hotel with great saunas and a nice poolSauna approximately from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and pool at least from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. I find these opening times very guest-friendly.There is another outdoor pool that I haven't been to.I found the young man at reception very friendly.The rooms were older (1980s), but therefore probably cheaper than the competition.What was strange was that I only had warm and hot water.

Great location for hiking and the Nebelhornbahn, good food as a buffet (barbecue on Thursdays), nice service, the reception is very helpful, rooms great (hotel information + internet via tablet), WiFi available, bathroom with floor-level shower, indoor and outdoor Outdoor pool, large lawn.

Hello, my experience here relates exclusively to the barbecue evening offered. I haven't been able to gather any impressions of the accommodation or other restoration yet.The buffet-style food selection was extensive, with various starters including salmon, lamb and poultry as the main course, as well as various vegetables and sauces. Different desserts. All tasty and at a reasonable price. Extremely friendly and agile staff. As a bonus, the outstanding ambience in the garden with a view of the mountains.Just missed the full number of points. Reason: when I wanted to try the salmon around 7:30 p.m., it was already out. There is also still a need for action when adding grilled vegetables.Conclusion: I recommend it, I will gladly visit it again!

We had a room on the west side, the room was ok, except for slightly moldy silicone joints in the shower. The view from the balcony isn't that nice, you can see some mountains, but especially the courtyard and the outdated garages, which can get cramped if you have bikes with you. We only booked with breakfast, which was a little below average compared to other 4 star hotels. Only 1 coffee machine for all guests, the rolls and croissants are far too big in our opinion. The location is very good and the facilities with an indoor and outdoor pool, 2 saunas and a steam bath are very good.

Full points!The hotel was very welcoming and friendly despite the stress at registration.There was a detailed tour of the hotel as well as the most important information in advance.Then we went into the room, spacious, nice and above all clean.The last point was so important to us, especially with children.Thanks to the elevator, we got from the lobby to the room and back very quickly.Parking wasn't a problem at all either.We only booked with breakfast because we were always out in the evenings. The only minor flaw here would be that there was very little available, especially when it came to fruit.The rest in terms of croissants, rolls, sausage, etc. was more than adequate.The offer, the central location with a beautiful view, the friendly staff, so we as a small family enjoyed being guests there and were super satisfied.
