Check-in via key safe is super flexible. Reception super nice.Unfortunately, our room faced the street and since it was over 28° outside (there is also no air conditioning in the room) we had to leave the window open to at least get some air, albeit warm.Unfortunately, it was hardly possible to get through. Very stuffy and warm :(Unfortunately, there are a lot of cars racing here (even at night) - despite the 50 allowed. Presumably because the train station is opposite and it's easy to "pose" here.Despite everything, the rooms are very nicely furnished and the hotel itself makes a good overall impression.

Terrible!! Is worst than hostel. Cannot get in and no information before check in. Only found out at the entrance and then need to call and get a key from a Dropbox. Entered a very Smelly entrance, the lift smell even worst. Only got email two days before check in there is no breakfast, too late to cancel. Is a scam!!!

The rooms are more like a youth hostel. When I showed the photos to my colleagues, I was asked when I was free...We booked three rooms for business trips and spent 1.5 hours arguing with a caretaker at reception on July 26, 2024 because the booking could not be found…Not recommendable.

For a short trip, a two night stay is fine. Unfortunately the service leaves something to be desired. The reception is only staffed in the morning and unfortunately does not keep its promises. A taxi was supposed to be ordered for us in the evening - unfortunately none came.

The positive first: location practical: opposite the train station and a short walk to the old town of beautiful Nördlingen. Unfortunately that was it.A superior room with a double bed was booked and was supposed to also contain a desk, but the room we found had a third bed instead of a desk... The creepy bathroom from the early 80s at the earliest didn't even have a toilet lid! And of course it didn't correspond in any way to what I expected from the photos...To top it all off, the comment when booking that we were on a vegan diet was completely ignored. The breakfast buffet was a complete failure, the only staff that could be found in the kitchen area couldn't speak any German and barely understood English... so all we had left was coffee, a few sad pale cocktail tomatoes and not particularly high-quality rolls/bread without any spread... This is really not up to date. But maybe it's also intentional because no one sneaks in voluntarily... because who should notice who has checked into the hotel including breakfast if there are no staff there :-D

Bad hotel no closet in the room the room wasn't cleaned no beds were made my window is broken it wasn't made please avoid that hotel
