I can agree with the bad review regarding unfriendly staff at the reception and in the room cleaning. (Staff don't open their mouths either at the reception or at the cleaning staff) At the beginning I said hello but only an indefinable sound came back, not a nice word... NOTHING. We stayed in the apartment for 4 weeks (due to moving) and initially had breakfast a few times. Fruit in the fruit basket was moldy, there was no sparkling water, instead there was lukewarm (probably) tap water in the scratched, unclean-looking container. The crowning glory of the uncleanliness in the breakfast room were ants swarming around the jam and honey dispenser. The jam was dried up as thick as a finger in the wooden frame that stood at the buffet (as a shelf for small portions of jam and honey bowls). When I pointed it out...or when I complained, they were cleaned. In a good hotel, something disgusting like that doesn't happen at all, and if it does happen, a motivated, well-trained, good person will see it by themselves. The absolute most disgusting thing in this aparthotel for me was the so-called laundry room in which there were 2 washing machines and a dryer. The idea is super. In our case, we spent 4 weeks in the hotel and was very happy about the opportunity to do laundry. When I saw the room I stopped washing. Dirty, filthy washing machines, hidden space with overflowing trash cans... I don't need anything like that. Cloths for cleaning from the hotel are also washed in this washing machine...ok...you can imagine what the cleaning looks like...

Property located in an excellent location close to all the city's attractions. Excellent rooms also equipped with a kitchenette. The service leaves a lot to be desired, the staff only speaks German and some also speak English but not at a good level. We had a problem and the staff were unable to help us.A piece of advice (since the staff doesn't give it)Never park at the shopping center in front of the property.

We spent 3 nights in the hotel, we had a beautiful, spacious, well-equipped, clean room, and a cot was also provided for our one and a half year old son.It is a positive thing that it was also possible to cook in the room, but there is a shared, very nice, modern kitchen and you could also cook there freely.We could use the coffee machine for free at any time, the staff was kind and helpful!There are many shops nearby, and the city center is also easily accessible.We will stay here another time, thank you for the opportunity!👌👏

This is a SUPERB hotel, really well designed, the whole concept and theory is professionally invented. Room was good fit size, equipped, clean. Besides the breakfast area there is a common cozy kitchen area where you can cook, boil, bake your own meal, even bring people together. Checkout is correct, at 12.00.. Free coffee available during your stay. Overall very good pleasure to be here. Thanks

Absolute freedom, the hotel. Staff incompetent and super unfriendly. We reported the hotel management to Ms. Steffi Seferi for theft; our personal belongings were stolen from the room.

The location is great, there are parking spaces in the immediate vicinity. The hotel makes a very modern and stylish impression. A mix of hostel (gaming tables, table football, kitchen for your own use) and modern hotel. The rooms are also stylish and modern. They are clean and the bed is very comfortable. These are also very spacious. The full number of points would be given for the rooms. Unfortunately the breakfast was a bit disappointing. The selection was okay. The scrambled eggs were just mediocre. What makes the breakfast look worse is the cleanliness. It took a very long time to sweep the dirty floor. Broken glasses, dirty dishes and even the milk seemed rather unappetizing. The service staff made a rather cozy impression. Therefore, there were dirty dishes on many tables. There is a plus point for the freshly prepared Kaiserschmarrn. There are small minus points for the lack of explanation of how to use the elevator and the generally poor explanations. The price-performance ratio is very good.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Beds were good. Breakfast sufficient. There were 2 coffee machines, sometimes only one was running. Refilling/emptying the container took a while. Selection of sausage/cheese etc. was good to very good. We would come back. Negative: no explanation on how to use the elevator. The side door is a little stuck.

We booked a room for 4 people, but there is definitely only space for 3 people in the room, our 9-year-old child is supposed to sleep with us parents in the 1.40m bed, 3 duvets for 4 people, and not enough towels for 4, Upon request, no additional extra bed was possible, this was not apparent when booking - really annoying and a shame that the hotel was not flexible about making improvements afterwards...

The concept (guests can prepare food and drinks in the lobby) suffers from the fact that this area is not well maintained. The coffee machine is not clean and the milk in the milk container has been sour since yesterday - but no one cares about it.

Construction noise at lunchtime! I got off work early and wanted to go to sleep... unfortunately that's not possible because people have been drilling and hammering in the room above me for an hour.

Good hotel. Very large, clean room with a well-equipped fitted kitchen. Very comfortable beds. Bathroom with floor heating is very pleasant. Staff is very friendly. The selection at breakfast is unfortunately very sparse. Check-in is at the Hotel Super 8 by Wyndham. The underground car park is directly at the hotel.
