We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel and we strongly advise against it.The positives: close to EuropaparkPoints for improvement: no parking + a lot of noise in the rooms.Our experience:When we arrived, we parked in front of the hotel to check into our room. An elderly person, living opposite the establishment, immediately spoke to us poorly in German, demanding that we not stay more than two hours in the parking spaces (white line at the side of the road).We went to reception, where we were greeted by a lady. She immediately asked us for 2 euros in cash for the tax, which we did not have with us. We asked her if it was possible to bring them to her later, but she insisted that we go and withdraw the money from the ATM across the street. When we wanted to know where to leave the car (after being yelled at by the elderly lady), she refused to give us the information until we had paid the 2 euros. Rather than helping us, she wasted our time for a pittance.Once the 2 euros were paid, we were the ones who had to ask him for the room keys. Additionally, she told us that we couldn't leave our stuff anywhere until the room was ready in the afternoon. In the evening, we had to fend for ourselves to find a place in the village, and carry all our belongings to the hotel. To top it off, in the room, we could hear absolutely everything, which made the night very unpleasant. The icing on the cake: the elderly lady opposite, always watching through the window, even checked to see if we were leaving.

Ms. Arndt is a very warm host. She greeted us warmly right from the start and helped us. The breakfast is very varied and includes many high-quality products such as rolls from the bakery, sausage from the butcher, etc. This is anything but usual given the fair prices. The room has a modern design and offers a comfortable rest. The park can be reached within 5 minutes on foot. We'd love to come back.

That the owner (at the reception) does not speak English seems to me to be a real flaw in the world of tourism. Simple but comfortable room, cleanliness not exaggerated. Breakfast not particularly rich but with fresh and tasty products.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms and central location in Rust. The atmosphere with the terrace and outdoor area is very nice. The rooms have their own toilets/showers and towels/soap are also available.Absolute plus point: If you visit Europapark/Rulantica you get a free parking ticket which saves you another €10.The rooms are a bit small, but that doesn't bother you if you're out and about all day anyway.Negative points:- Rooms are noisy- The bed made noises every time I moved

We had a family room with a gallery double bed. We felt very comfortable, breakfast had everything you needed. What should be highlighted are the high-quality products at breakfast, sausage from the butcher, nothing prepackaged. Delicious. The towels and bed linen are also very soft and feel good. Everything was very clean. Just the right choice for our visit to Europa Park. We would love to come back, everything was perfect for us. We had a parking space directly on the street in the areas shown. Always happy, a clear recommendation.

Unfortunately we had to cancel our stay because our place of residence was affected by flooding three days before arrival and it was not possible for us to stay in Rust. The cancellation was made in good time two days before arrival via Check24 (as was the booking) and a few days later I wanted to ask by phone whether it would be possible to make the booking a week later, as we would be able to travel again. The lady on the phone had no understanding at all and said that the train had now left, she had never received a cancellation via Check24, the room was not occupied, rebooking was not possible, our personal bad luck... It's a shame that not even in the event of a natural disaster (flood of the century), which affects you personally, but understanding is shown, despite cancellation in good time!

Rooms are neat and clean. Breakfast very good. With the key to the room you can enter anywhere. When you arrive and the reception is closed, you will receive an email with a code to get your room key. Work very easily and well. 10 minutes walk and you are in Europa park. There are several restaurants around the hotel where you can eat well for a normal price.

Room was very clean, check in very easy via key box, even at night, that was great.However, you were living in a cardboard box. You can hear EVERYTHING, literally everything from the hallway, from the street, no matter where. I don't even know if you can have a conversation without hearing everything outside.However, it was really great that you got a parking ticket for the park 👍🏻

The hotel is very close to the park and is always a recommendation. Clean, good rooms and attractively priced. Everyone is very friendly and uncomplicated. The ambience of the hotel is also appealing. The breakfast is great and fresh. There is parking space from the hotel. It is best to arrange this before arrival. At night there are plenty of free parking spaces around it. Only for a limited time during the day. The parking spaces at the park can be used free of charge with the guest card.

Rooms were very neat. They were a bit on the small side, but we were the only ones there while staying at EuropaPark. Had a good breakfast. What was a shame was that we were immediately told that we were not allowed to take our backpack inside, but that we could make a lunch package for 2 euros per filled Kaiser bun.Because we have a small car, it was allowed in the hotel garage.Location was perfect. You could walk to the park within 5 minutes and the free shuttle bus to the Rulantica swimming paradise stops practically in front of the door.The only thing I missed a bit was a refrigerator and air conditioning.In short, we had a few wonderful days.

Many thanks to Ms. Arndt and her team! You can tell that the house is lovingly run by the owner: the rooms are bright and friendly and individually furnished. The outdoor areas have a Mediterranean flair. The breakfast buffet lacks nothing: whether sausage, cheese, eggs, fruit or homemade Bircher muesli - here you can find everything your heart desires!

Very well located, all restaurants are within a short walking distance and so is Europa Park. Very nice and pleasant room, clean and cozy. The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired. The boss and her employees are extremely friendly, nice and competent. A stay at the Arndt Hotel Garni is worth it!
