Super close to Europa Park and the motorway. And then it almost stops. Room was big enough and clean. It's a shame that the roller shutters are always completely lowered after the rooms have been cleaned. This means that there is a strong smell of cleaning products in the room. I found this unpleasant. No wardrobe where you can hang up your jacket. 👎 No way to store the shoes properly either. 👎. There were only three hangers in the closet, and they were made of thin plastic 👎. Water in the shower and sink drain very poorly 👎. No trash can in the room. 👎. Just a small drop in the bathroom. 🤦. Mattresses in double bed were of different firmness. Bed linen had holes 🤦. Breakfast room quite cramped. Always the same selection. You can read the newspaper through the daily salami. Scrambled eggs not seasoned👎. The yellow of the boiled egg had already turned green👎. It doesn't work at all. The tablets didn't really fit in the clearance cart. They always hung crooked, so you thought everything would fall to the floor. Staff who should take care of the breakfast area in the morning🤦🤦. How can you leave the door to the preparation room open most of the time? Why do the staff take something to eat during rush hour?, 🤦🙅🤷. Dishes that some guests left on the tables were not cleared away promptly. And the table cloth doesn't wash out. No. Placed in the dishwasher after each use. On the day of departure there was no staff at reception in the morning. However, you will be asked to place the key card on the counter via a framed note. No questions about satisfaction etc. No questionnaires that could have been used to point out improvements. That's enough for one or two nights, but I wouldn't recommend this hotel beyond that.

Perfect location for a stay in Europa Park. The rooms are very good and clean. On the other hand, the parking lot fills up quickly. We had to park further away. The staff is friendly. Breakfast is ok.

What was good were the beds. You could sleep well and the location to Europa-Park is also great! Unfortunately, the breakfast wasn't that great, but you'll be full. The same thing every day, juice from the machine unfortunately very thin, sometimes only water comes, the same thing with coffee too. What is also not possible (currently 10.2024) is that the next inspection date for the elevator is scheduled for 04.2023 (either the inspection should be carried out as quickly as possible or the elevator should be shut down).

Very clean rooms, very easy check in and check out. Breakfast was included and was good, a little hard to find though. The location is great, directly next to the hotel is a bus stop with a bus that brings you direkt to Europa-Park every like 10 or 15 minutes. Very nice.

Good hotel to sleep with friends if you go to Europaparc. Please note that all rooms have multiple beds in 1 room. Staff was very friendly and helpful in solving a problem.

We had a wooden bed that creaked extremely loudly with every movement, drawers in the bathroom were taped shut and the bathroom wasn't exactly clean either. In general, the room was visually very worn out.The breakfast was okay in terms of size, but the quality didn't seem to be the same as what I'm used to in other hotels.

I booked three nights, since I was going to go with the children to Europa Park, and the truth is that I really liked it, it is less than 10 minutes from the park, it is very quiet, spacious and very clean, the breakfast is a little short but it removes hunger. From there we moved through the Black Forest, not a bad location, since it is close to Alsace and Strasbourg. Advisable.

We booked a family room for 4 people. Unfortunately the booking was suddenly for 3 people. So we suddenly had to pay 20 euros for the fourth person. However, this could only be paid for in cash - which was also very questionable. When we asked that we would like to receive an invoice, we were first told that this would not be possible..., then that the invoice would have to be canceled and rewritten. After a wait, we were suddenly issued a bill worth 20 euros.What was questionable during the conversation was that we were repeatedly pointed out that the cheap hotel was cheap and that bookingcom was to blame. We were told that guests regularly had to pay an extra charge and did so. Apart from the fact that the hotel is not clean (dirty/calcified shower, no water draining in the shower, cupboards and faucet in the bathroom are so dirty, the light in the bathroom flickers like in a disco, holes in the sheets, dusty table and bedside lamps , silverfish in the room, garbage behind the refrigerator, the refrigerator hums every few minutes at an enormous volume and the air conditioning rattles so loudly for 15 seconds that you can't even think about sleeping, the loft bed creaks with every movement...). We are deeply disappointed by the hotel's approach. I have now learned from other review portals that this approach was not an isolated case! The tax office would definitely be interested in this.

It was such a nice room, the ceiling lighting was very nice.Terrace, well, if you were sitting right behind the cars, you can imagine something else...The bed would work.A refrigerator was included, but what was missing was a trash can...And the bunk bed was loose from its attachment to the wall...There was a TV included, but it didn't work, you wouldn't have been able to get a connection in, that's annoying...

A lot of broken flashing spotlights in the hotel and the rooms. Rooms were clean enough but the blind corners such as behind the bathroom door had been missed for a long time. Nothing special but sufficient for 1 night.

The hotel is very new and the rooms are clean, nicely kept and the staff is friendly. We got a room at short notice (outside the Europa Park high season). We didn't really trust the elevator because it seemed to be a bit slow, so it was better to take the stairs. Nice breakfast room where you can also have breakfast outside.
