I was there because I work in the region. My company booked this "hotel" for me. In advance I have to say that this "hotel" consists of 2 areas. Since the keys are only left down because there is no manned reception, I first took the wrong key and was in a very nicely furnished room, which apparently was intended for normal hotel guests. Then I saw the other key for the other area (probably guest workers, mainly Polish) where I was staying, which is also somewhat separated. When you enter the room, a completely different picture: run down, smell, dirt and broken furnishings. I think the attached pictures speak for themselves. What is of course not visible in the pictures: the uncomfortable bed where the springs dig into your body (I was on sick leave after sleeping there for a week due to massive tension) and the smell when you open the fridge. I've never smelled anything like that before. I don't know what the Swedish rotten fish smells like, but it's probably even better than the fridge. Therefore the refrigerator could not be used. The blinds were broken so it was always dark. There was probably feces with hair stuck to the shower curtain. The floor was broken, the furnishings, everything. Smoke detector removed. Dirty windows facing the busy street. The hardship is also the 3 prepared, dirty and dusty plastic glasses: professionally placed on dirty toilet paper. I never saw any staff. For me, this “hotel” falls under the SCAM category because the website is simply wrong and the thing costs a lot for what you get. I never thought something like this would be possible in Germany in 2024.As a little treat, the hotel operator's response to a review on booking in which a guest complained about a dirty room: "Book a more expensive room next time" - professional answer. Everyone knows that cleanliness is only available if the guest digs deeper into their pockets :D

Dull, monosyllabic reception, sorry for disturbing me as a guest.Rooms very clean and stylishly furnished. Very quiet. Price/performance ratio very good.I can't rate the breakfast buffet since it was booked without breakfast.Overall recommended.

Disturbing experience, hotel frozen in the 1800s, very empty, heavy atmosphere, clean room, recent and functional bathroom, hearty and inexpensive breakfast (€5/person)Difficult to communicate other than in German, little parking, hotel in the middle of nowhere, false information on Booking, photos are non-contractual

It is an outdated hotel.I had a room there with unpleasant people in the bed.I noticed the smell of insecticide as soon as I entered the room.During the night we noticed the unwanted visitorsAfter complaining in the morning I was immediately offered another room.I opted out and didn't have to pay for the overnight stay and breakfast.

The pictures on the website are not up to date, the outside of the building is showing its age just as much as the inside. Room was ok for a price of €80 two people for one night. The window hasn't been cleaned inside and out for some time, the door to the bathroom and toilet is difficult to close because it's warped, there are cracks in the wall all around. Reception is friendly and nice. Unfortunately, the food cannot be rated because it was not used.

The room given to my children was heavily infested with bedbugs. The bedsheet looked like it was sprayed with blood stains. Not an inch on my son's arms and feet were left. …
