Very well located hotel, close to the train station. Unfortunately there was construction work going on during our stay. And the Kula Bar, which is directly below the hotel, was still clearly audible. Ear plugs were provided especially for this, which was very nice. Despite the noise, we had a very nice stay in Konstanz.

Absolutely top for this price. Rooms in very good condition, new and renovated. Unfortunately, the elevator is still under renovation, but that will change. The only disadvantage is that there is also a club in the same building. This means that if there is an event there, you can still hear it humming a bit in the room at night. Oropax was ready next to the bed. But price/performance for Konstanz is very good

Noise all night from the disco right next door, TV not working, addendum No. 1: in fairness, you have to praise the furnishings and design of the rooms. Very nice! Addendum #2. to the answer below from the 'hotel': If you offer the guest earplugs instead of a discount, that is not appropriate! 'The few evenings...noise...earplugs...!' When I go to a hotel I want to be able to sleep at night and period! Thanks for the suggestion so, I'm giving up on her earplugs, now and for EVERY future! A little tip: a reasonable, cheaper price on the weekend that takes the noise on the weekend (when there are events) into account and a clear note in the description would be okay! Maybe a compromise for both sides!?

Very clean, check-in worked without any problems, 5 minutes to Konstanz-Fürstenberg train station, construction site and elevator not yet working didn't bother me. Culture shop, bar, and nice breakfast cafe right on site.

Horror stay at the Chérisy Hotel Konstanz – stay away!When you enter the Chérisy Hotel Konstanz, you might almost think you're lucky - the rooms are newly renovated and look quite nice. But that is very misleading, because the rest of the stay was simply a nightmare.The staff? An absolute disaster. So incompetent and unfriendly that you wonder if they even know how to run a hotel. Every question was met with an annoyed eye roll, as if it was an imposition to look after guests.Parking spaces? Forget it! The hotel doesn't have any. Have fun wandering around forever, desperately looking for a place to park your car. Just annoying and poorly organized.Then the noise! The bass from the disco in the basement pounded through our ears until 3 a.m. - of course no one had mentioned a word about it before. Who would pay for such unbearable noise pollution without being warned? Unbelievable!And as if that wasn't bad enough, the heating starts clicking in the middle of the night, as if it had launched a personal vendetta against any form of sleep. Absolutely horrible!The surroundings are equally desolate. Forget about finding a decent breakfast nearby – there are simply no decent options. And as if that wasn't enough, there's a pungent smell of marijuana in the air everywhere that gets on your last nerve.Bottom line: This hotel is an imposition and not worth the money in the slightest. Anyone who books here can expect a sleepless, stressful and nerve-wracking time. Absolutely not recommended!

Newly renovated rooms, very clean. The price-performance ratio was more than exceeded.The location is good for an overnight stay, but it is difficult to find a parking space. Otherwise it is a bit far to the old town.

The room looked clean at first glanceImpression. The water in the sink isn'tWe drained it properly by removing hairquickly solved in the siphon. Unfortunately we had to move onliving with our clothes out of our suitcases,there is no closet space (except a small wardrobe)was available. The shelves next to the bedsare tiny and just enough for a wristwatch and glassesand cell phone.The worst thing, however, is the youth club in the house!!!On several days it was so loud that I had to sleep at nightI went into my car to get some peace and quiet.After Friday with tumbling until 2:30 a.mWe then booked it for 3 days longerleave the house in a hurry.A disaster, unless the man/woman wants itspend the night spinning around.The access door from the outside to the hotel level was openalways open, although actually through a codethe door should be secured.The elevator is still not ready.There are only a few parking spaces available nearby.

Rooms newly renovated, very nice, but no air conditioning. Very loud towards the street with the window open. Even though we were on the 3rd floor, you could hear the disco in the basement very clearly and loudly.Digital check-in goes well. The entrance to the hotel is difficult to find. Parking on weekends only: Free P&R nearby. Otherwise difficult to park.Very good location. Right on the S Bahn, but parking is difficult and there is a pub and disco on the ground floor

Though a new hotel, but very neat and clean. The atmosphere is extremely peaceful. The views from the hotel is breathtaking. Most importantly, it is connected with both sides of the city with bus services.

Never again!If you want to sleep before 3 a.m., you should look for another hotel.In the basement of the building there is a club that is open Monday-Saturday from 10 p.m. to 3 a.m. and offers an incredibly loud spectacle. The oropax "kindly" provided by the hotel doesn't help much, as the whole building is booming.Then there is the heating, which clicks and hums. A dream straight from the albums!Unfortunately, service is a foreign word in this hotel.We described the problem over the phone and received an answer that unfortunately nothing can be done about it now, we should use the Oropax. Because it would be far too expensive to order an emergency service on the weekend.Thanks for nothing!Finding a parking space is also an adventure. Because there isn't really any there, except for residents' parking spaces.You can only watch TV if you register with your own account on one of the various streaming services, as there is no free TV.Even if the rooms themselves are really nice, the overall package is an imposition!Definitely never never never again!

This is the third time I have booked at the Chérisy Hotel. Everything is new and beautiful to look at. The rooms are functional and great for the price. The check-in works perfectly even though there is no staff on site. As we all know, requirements vary, but I can definitely recommend the hotel for short stays.

We loved the Chérisy Hotel! The rooms are beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. We were particularly impressed by the excellent price-performance ratio. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating - one employee even helped us with our luggage. Overall a great stay, we will definitely be back!

The Chérisy Hotel convinced us across the board! The check-in went absolutely smoothly, we were informed about all the details in advance by email, which made the entire process very relaxed. We would particularly like to highlight the friendly staff on site who supported us with great tips for our stay in Konstanz. The rooms were modern, very clean and stylishly furnished. Great hotel with great value for money. We stayed for one night and traveled by public transport. The hotel is very conveniently located, as the S-Bahn stop is only about 800m away. The room was very clean, modern and new. We wanted to leave our luggage before check-in, which was possible without any problems. We were welcomed very nicely and courteously. Overall, we were very happy with the good location and our uncomplicated stay. Thank you!
