We stayed at the hotel for two nights with our two small children. The Papa Moll family room was great: clean, spacious, equipped with everything, even toys. We were thrilled. …

We made our 3rd stay at this establishment which we really like. The rooms have been completely renovated and are magnificent. Our stay went very well, warm and pleasant atmosphere. Only one false note with a small problem with the room cleaning service who failed to do ours one day.The restaurant is always top notch and we recommend the establishment to anyone wishing to have a wellness stay in Bad Zurzach

Top staff thank you for the warm welcome and detailed explanation NatalieThe service staff was also very friendly. However, stains on the carpet in the hallway and signs of wear and tear in the room are very visible. When you entered the room, however, you were met with an extremely strong wave of perfume, which didn't get any weaker even after 5 hours of airing. Again, top selection of comfort when it comes to the versatile selection of pillows and mattresses.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times in the past, but my most recent visit (26 August) was the best yet. The lady at the reception, Natalie, is very friendly and provided very helpful information about the stay. I even learned things that I didn't know before. The service in the restaurant was also good. I also appreciate how close the hotel is to the Therme and that the hotel allows you to use the Therme up to 4 pm on the day of departure. To be improved: the handling of the vouchers for the restaurant. The restaurant staff didn't seem comfortable accepting them.

A wellness and work meeting: me in a single room, my girlfriend (with husband and 2 small children in the barrel) 3 nights. My room was ideally located with a view of the greenery and a view of the barrel where my friends were staying. The room was functional, quiet and clean. On the first evening we reserved a table for the 5 of us in the restaurant and were looking forward to our first evening together. The table that had been prepared for us on the terrace consisted of a four-seater and a two-seater, but they had a height difference of about 2cm - so they were not on the same level. Unfortunately, our service was inattentive and overall not particularly friendly. We were only able to place our order after 30 minutes: Paella for 2 people, with an additional lemon wedge for me, 1 tartare and a children's portion of spaghetti, an additional plate for the 2 year old who was supposed to get some of our paella. Plus drinks: 1 large bottle of mineral - which came immediately - and 2 panache “for paella”, a cola and syrup for the two 2 and 4 year old children. There were a few tables occupied, although our table was reserved for 8pm and many were already eating when we arrived - so it was more busy. After what felt like an eternity with two hungry toddlers, or 1 1/4 hours! you then got our food and at this point also the panaches and the cola, which was justified by the fact that you had ordered the drinks “with the paella”!?! The paella itself was excellent. However, it came without even a lemon wedge, which was then delivered later - albeit when my plate was almost eaten. The breakfast buffet and offer wasalso good, but filling up fruit salad or bacon that had run out sometimes only took a long time. Unfortunately, every morning I first had to find a table and expand a space - even though we had reserved 3 nights and, as we know, there were five of us - our daily table remodeling campaign gave me the feeling that we were putting an unnecessary burden on the staff, although the The service employee finally helped and - although not particularly enthusiastically - brought the 5th place setting after I had put a fifth chair at a table.Mixed feedback also at the reception: Some at the reception seemed rather unmotivated and unfriendly and dry, but then also very good experiences on the penultimate and last day with two very friendly and helpful employees in Debbie and Ms. Fiege. The extreme discrepancy between the above-average performance in the kitchen and the service was irritating and regrettable. My suggestion is to note on the menu “waiting time for paella 4 minutes” or “only by advance order” to prevent unpleasant silence and stress, especially with small children. All in all, my stay at the Vitalhotel was positive, and as an individual I would like to come back. I assume that my friends who stayed in the barrel will write their own feedback.

Unfortunately the barrel wasn't ready at 2 p.m. 45 min. Later. We were charged 9 fr. Waived for parking.Barrel was great. Four of us were there and enjoyed everything. Grill. Space under the trees like on vacation.
