When I read the comments I wonder if they are authentic 🤔The photos and reality have nothing to do with it, rather dilapidated, no heating, the cold is unpleasant! Similar to an F1 at this price I found so much more comfort with spa in the room

I am very disappointed with this establishment. The photos online absolutely do not reflect reality. The place is far from what I expected. On the other hand, I would like to highlight the kindness of the staff, who were very helpful. However, this is not enough to compensate for the lack of transparency on the real state of affairs. An update of photos and information would be appreciated to avoid false expectations.

The hotel staff are very kind and helpful. We spent 3 nights with my partner and our cat. I was not satisfied with the cleanliness of the room. "The juice is as thin as cheap meat" they say to us... the door of the shower cabin was hanging when we arrived, we immediately spoke to the reception, where they called the maintenance person right away. After waiting for more than 1 hour, my partner did it. The bathroom had a constant sewer smell. The shower was dirty. I had to dust the cupboards in the room so that I could pack them. Cleanliness is very important to me, so this place is beyond criticism in this respect. The breakfast was very tasty, plentiful. But there are also large cobwebs hanging in the dining room. It's okay if a hotel has old or simple furniture, the main thing is CLEANLINESS! Since this was not the case, we will not go back to this place again, and I cannot recommend it to anyone for whom this is also an important factor. The receptionists, maids, caterers are very nice, they can't do anything about this. I would rather not attach photos.

City Residence StrasbourgNicely located, close to train station. The rooms are very clean and functional, they have ample closet and cupboard space, stove top burners, microwave and a refrigerator, and also plates cups glasses and utensils. The only thing that I could suggest for them, is an in-room safe, which is conveniant. The staff was very good, especially Elena, who was very friendly and helpful, which was nice after a terrible travel day which always seems to happen when I travel with Deutsche Bundesbahn or DB, through Germany. They have a 24 hour front desk service and no after hours access issues with their system. Breakfast in the lobby is severely lacking, very limited options, no real breakfast items except for bread pancakes, limited cereal options and croissants. They even had a plate of raw eggs, I thought that they were hard boiled at first but no, they were raw, must be a French thing. My suggestion, is to stop at the mall, Place des Halles, straight down the street which has food items I was told, and stock up before arrival and then skip the breakfast option. I think that the breakfast here is designed for those who only want a light breakfast and the lack of other breakfast menu items, probably helps them keep their costs lower and thus less expensive rooms, so it's an ok trade off. Lastly, make sure that your door is fully locked when you leave your room, mine did not fully shut by just letting it swing closed.

The workers and the location of the hotel were absolutely amazing! Very kind staff and very central location. However, our room could be cleaner... The bathroom door didn't close easily and the room was very noisy during the night (you could hear everything from the corridors). We just stayed for two nights so didn't make a big deal out of it, but please do something about the cleanness and the noise :(

I appreciate the proximity to the train station but I occupied a noisy room due to the heavy traffic on the street and the trains which did not run far away. The fire doors in the rooms are also noisy when opened.I had resided in this residence several times before; it was calm. If I return to this residence, I will request a room on the other street. Fair price.

The room was quite clean. While the bathroom was smelly and had no windows. It only had one vent that looked into the bedroom. We also had various problems with the owner, as he no longer wanted to return the deposit without reason.

The tour group my friend from China went on, stayed here. They left their luggage in the luggage storage area by the front desk and were assured of its safety. When they returned to get their luggage, 5 people had their bags stolen! Unfortunately, they didn’t realize that the hotel is responsible! I think everyone should be aware of the security situation at this hotel.
