Large room with terrace. Room a little shabby and with maintenance that could be improved. Central and with free parking. Adequate breakfast.We arrived and the hotel was closed, operating instructions only in German with telephone. We saw ourselves sleeping in the car but thanks to the kindness of another German couple we were able to understand and access the hotel.If the reception is unstaffed, today there are means to provide the keys to the accommodation to guests, even during check-in hours.At a minimum, an e-mail notifying guests of the facility to hand over the keys. Very bad in this regard

Very cute little place, very nice service, pleasant atmosphere and the room in the attic was totally comfortable and would be happy to come back at any time. We booked on site and despite the fact that the lady was stressed because suitcases were being delivered by guests, she made time for us and didn't send us away because she actually was the reception is already closed

We can highly recommend the Hotel Luise. We spent two nights there and found the owners very friendly and helpful. Our room was large, clean and with a balcony, only the furnishings seemed a bit older. The central location is another plus point - the thermal baths can be reached on foot in just a few minutes.The breakfast buffet was rich, with delicious homemade jams and the option to order scrambled eggs or fried eggs. We also enjoyed dinner there. It is served in a lovely atmosphere and the food is not only attractively presented but also tastes great. We'd love to come back!

We had an above-average, clean and well-equipped room with a balcony. Service was always friendly and helpful. Very tasty breakfast with freshly prepared egg dishes and the lunch and evening dishes will whet your appetite for more! Parking spaces require certain maneuverability; otherwise top location in the immediate vicinity of the termen. Safe and happy again!!!

Family business with charm, lots of friendliness and courtesy. The tenants cannot change some structural “defects”.The breakfast buffet was generous and the scrambled eggs fresh from the kitchen (no warming container) were simply very good!We'll be back...

We visited the restaurant on July 19, 2024. We were looking forward to a nice dinner for two. Unfortunately we cannot recommend the restaurant. We ordered different dishes; The taste of the meals was boring and overly salty (I had to return my starter). The service was so bad that we rarely experienced it - our complaint was not addressed and no other dish was served. We were no longer served after our complaint...we then paid and changed the restaurant. We definitely won't go to the restaurant again!
