Five of us had dinner this evening. Within walking distance of our hotel, we received a very friendly welcome and the Black Forest tapas concept was explained. I really liked the option of ordering via QR code or at the service. The furnishings and design are incredibly harmonious and invite you to feel good. The tapas were all really extremely tasty and went well together. I particularly enjoyed the Black Forest Bowl and the beetroot with ricotta. Everything was very tasty. There is a lot of vegan and vegetarian selection, so everyone gets their money's worth. The waitresses were all very personable and friendly. Highly recommended, we would love to come back!

The slightly different restaurant when it comes to the menu. Black Forest tapas made from regional products. Freshly prepared and tastefully presented. Plus a good selection of wines. Attentive and friendly service in a cozy atmosphere round off the very positive overall impression.

Definitely not my last visit and I drive more than an hour.The food is really unbeatably good.The concept is more than ingenious and the options, as we know from tapas, are very diverse.Thanks for the experience

We were there for my 85 year old mother's birthday dinner. She is mobile with walking sticks, but is very unsteady with them. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.The food concept was foreign to me, but it is great and highly recommended. We would be happy to come back. The friendly employee pointed out to us that on the next visit we should state that if a person is not very mobile, then a table in the entrance hall can be reserved... I also really liked the question of whether there was any way I could support my mother great.We would love to come back...

At first glance, the Blümchen in Freiburg has an inviting atmosphere. The renovated inn cleverly combines traditional and modern elements, giving the place a certain charm. We decided on a soup and some of the so-called "Swabian tapas".The beef soup was undoubtedly the highlight of our visit. It was excellently seasoned and provided a successful start to our menu. Unfortunately the tapas couldn't maintain the same level. Although high-quality ingredients were used, the individual components of the dishes didn't really harmonize with each other. An example of this is the ginger chutney, which overwhelmed the other flavors in its quantity, or the bland lentil bed for the sweet potato, which lacked any spice - similar to the mashed potatoes.Another drawback was the excessive use of cress. Instead of flavoring the dishes with a varied selection of fresh herbs, such as parsley or basil, cress seemed to be the default choice, which made the overall experience a bit monotonous.Unfortunately, the service also left a lot to be desired. The service seemed unsure and inattentive, which was reflected, among other things, in the fact that we had to wait over 10 minutes for the dessert menu, only to then go without it. The restaurant could improve a lot here through targeted training for the staff and even significantly increase sales.All in all, Blümchen has potential, but there is clear room for improvement - both in the preparation of the dishes and in the service.

We were passing through Colmar and wanted to have dinner in Opfingen... and happened to come to the Blümchen.We were thrilled by the ambience, the service, the friendliness of the staff and especially the wonderful food.There were only Black Forest tapas, which we really enjoyed.My recommendation:Be sure to stop here and enjoy.

“Absolutely recommended!I had the pleasure of eating at this restaurant and it was an absolute highlight. The food was simply fantastic – fresh, tasty and perfectly prepared. Every course was a pleasure for the senses. Particularly noteworthy is the incredibly friendly and attentive service. You felt welcome and well looked after right from the start.I also loved the atmosphere of the restaurant. The furnishings are modern and stylish without losing coziness. All in all a perfect experience – I give it a full 5 stars and will definitely come back!”

We came here for dinner and were served very friendly and attentive right from the start! The cute restaurant offered us a quiet and stylish atmosphere. The tapas were super delicious and ideal for sharing!Another big plus: most of the food and drinks are regionally produced.A big thank you also goes to Doreen, who served us very attentively, extremely friendly and competently! We would love to come back. A real recommendation from us!

Rating of the restaurant:Very tasty food, great idea with the Baden tapas. Unfortunately we were on a bike tour and were only able to try a little. But that was great and the price was (just) reasonable.Classic but very tasty prepared. We'll definitely be back.I personally didn't like the atmosphere, but as we all know, tastes differ.
